Emerald Isle 1904 är ett fullt möblerat två sovrum / 2 bad lägenhet med en stor privat balkong, tillgänglig från vardagsrummet och sovrummet, med utsikt över de vita sandarna och klara vattnet i Mexikanska golfen. Det har två king size-sängar och bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare, ny plattskärm 55 "4K Smart TV in living, en ny plattskärms-TV i sovrummet, hela lägenhet helt ommålad, ny rostfri mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, intervall och nya planka golv hela. Enhet 1904 har också nya takfläktar, lampor, lampor och nya mörkläggningsgardiner i vardagsrummet och sovrummen. Denna lägenhet kommer med "ASSIGNED COVERED PARKING" direkt framför hissar som eliminerar behovet av att konkurrera om parkering. Tillbaka till våra Emerald Isle Resort egenskaper, våra två lyxiga condominiums sitter på västra änden av Panama City Beach ger en lugn miljö och värde bort från bullret men bara några minuter från Pier Park. Pier Park är Panama Citys nyaste nöjesdestination med affärer, restauranger, biograf och mycket mer. Den västra änden platsen ligger nära de populära stränderna i South Walton och de moderna affärer och restauranger som ligger längs väg 30A. Rosemary Beach ligger bara 7 miles away.

We had an excellent stay here. We’ve stayed at Emerald Isle several times, but this was the first stay in this unit. It was supremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. The owners were helpful and in touch to ensure we got settled in without issue. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Our vacation at Emerald Isle was WONDERFUL! The condo was super clean & had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were super comfy, and beach/pool access was easy and convenient. Even the water pressure was fabulous, and the ice maker kept up with our piña colada needs! ;) The view and beach experience were to die for, and the owners George & Gloria were very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I can’t recommend this property enough - we WILL be back!

Great vacation!

Really enjoyed our vacation. Condo was nicely appointed & very comfortable. Loved the large balcony. View was amazing. Gloria was a great host. Very responsive to anything that came up. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay!

My Aunt and I stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The deck was ample with a beautiful view. Only a couple of things I would mention is the master bathroom toilet constantly ran and kept me up at night until I closed the door and put a towel down to block the noise. Also not all channels were available on every TV. So we pulled a couple chairs in the master bedroom to watch TV at night. Other than that, it was perfect! I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent property

We so enjoyed this condo. Great view on the 19th floor. Newly remodeled. Fast elevators. Private parking space. We go to Panama City Beach 1-2 times a year. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

So glad we picked this place!

This property was absolutely amazing!! We stayed a week here for our honeymoon, and we have already talked about staying again and bringing our little one!! The condo was so nice and the views were incredible, I would highly recommend this condo for others wanting to be close to the water and local attractions!

Wonderful rental

This condo was perfect for 2 couples and even better than the pictures! Perfect location with a quiet beach and beautiful views from the balcony. Mikes restaurant was delish and just a quick walk across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We had a great week! Condo was exactly like the pictures and all the reviews of it being a calmer location and close to activities was very accurate. If you’re looking for a slower pace beach vacation in PCB this condo is it. We will definitely be back.
