Unit was very clean and matched the photos and description. Location was great and having designated parking was awesome. My only suggestion would be improved signal for connectivity if possible, upgrade A/C and extend the light timer for the bathroom (30 minutes is brief if showering)

I didn't think it was possible that this rental would be as beautiful as the pictures, but it was! The view was gorgeous, especially at sunset. I was also surprised at how private it was. We literally walked out of our door and were three feet away from sand, and then down private steps to the main beach area. Even in my imagination, I couldn't come up with a rental more perfect! Thank you!

The was amazing, the host was very helpful and quiet to reply to questions. The beds were very comfortable. They had every amenity you could want. The only comment I would make is to have more that one "makeup" facecloth. :)

The beach view was absolutely gorgeous, the property was as described, everything was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are two designated parking spots. Keep in mind that to get to the entry door of the property from the parking spot, you have to go down about 30 outside steps. We had numerous outside seating and sunbathing options, so we rotated from spot to spot. The host was very communicative, checking in with us every once in a while to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone needing to get away.

Stunning location! We looked out on an unobstructed view watching many surfers ride the waves. We had unit 3 on the bottom flooor with two units above us, and had the patio/ sandy area to ourselves. We had to go down some relatively steep rock steps yo get to the ocean & had to be mindful of the tides in order to enjoy the beach. It was a short drive to the pier and shopping areas. The managing company was very responsive. Would book again.

Wonderful location all around

From the minute you get here, it’s perfect. The view, the location, and the restraunts are fabulous. We had plenty of room inside and out. The path down to the beach is a little steep but what an amazing private beach. We plan to come back and stay here again.

Fantastic getaway

The pictures were pretty awesome, and the property, in reality, is better than the pictures. We will likely be coming back here. The sound of the ocean at night is fantastic. The private beach is awesome.

Relaxing and private sand

We loved having so many options from indoor, patio, private sand and beach access! Something for everyone and ocean views from every angle. The bottom floor is stair access only and the beach access is also stairs. The house is clean and kitchen is well equipped

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The stay over all was great, however upon arrival there were some issue with the other units tenant using our area and telling us that it’s theirs.
