Detta vackra stadshus ligger i ett gated community i Gulf-sidan och ligger bara några steg från socker-vita sanden i Pensacola Beach. Denna enhet har nyligen uppdaterats med nya golv, färgglada, nya apparater, samt några andra föremål.

Parkera bilen i bifogade garage på bottenvåningen och stiga till den högsta nivån på denna vackra cabana. Här hittar du köket med inställningar för 8, stort vardagsrum och matplats som öppnar mot en yttre terrass med utsikt över en av gemenskapens pooler.

På övervåningen hittar du 3 sovrum och 2 fulla bad. Sovrum på övervåningen är som följer:
På övervåningen Master har en ny kudde-madrass, 32 "plattskärms-TV och badrum, övervåningen Sovrum 2 har en drottning & 32" platt-TV, övervåningen Sovrum 3 har två enkelsängar och en 20 "combo DVD / VHS-TV. Den badrum med badkar ligger i korridoren i mitten av sovrum 2 & 3.

Stranden ligger bara några steg utanför dörren, medan den första poolen är rätt på baksidan uteplats, är den 2: a pool på baksidan av fastigheten. Vardags- och köksrum samt sovrummet ser ut över poolen, medan två av sovrummen på övervåningen har en liten strandutsikt. Tvärs över parkeringen är tillgång till stranden, så du är bokstavligen bara några steg från vattnet. Garaget har några leksaker, stolar och boggi styrelser.

Redo att utöva? Du har kommit till drömmarnas land löpare och cyklister. Med en asfalterad stig på mer än 20 miles längs stranden har du svårt att hitta en trevligare naturskön väg än den här. Redo att slappna av och njuta av god mat och goda drycker? Chef över till strandpromenaden och piren. Där hittar du många restauranger och barer, inklusive en ost och vin butik. Du kan koppla av på strandpromenaden med utsikt över småbåtshamnen som inkluderar en badplats, jet ski uthyrning, båt och ponton uthyrning, båtar för charter för fiske och delfin sightseeing, liksom para-segling. Det finns även en go cart och minigolfbana.

Everything was great. It was just as the pictures showed. The only thing was the check in. I had to call several times to see if the condo was ready. The guy at the desk was very helpful but I never received the text message saying we could check in. Luckily my son was able to get the texts. Again, everything was great. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Upon arriving the place looked like the previous tenants just left... however, when I communicated to the owners and management team, they responded immediately. The place served its purpose, the pool was nice to lay by and the beach just seconds away. Overall, it was very nice to be at the beach with 7 of my besties.

The house was great for our annual family beach trip! Love how close it was to the beach, short walking distance, the two pools and the assortment of household items(dishes, beach chairs and umbrellas). Would definitely stay again

Thank you for your honest review, and we apologize the property did not meet your expectations. We recently had all carpeting and the sofas cleaned, replaced the outdoor furniture set and dining table (among other items) and have restocked the kitchen. We are in process of replacing all bedroom furniture as well, however it is taking several months for items to be delivered. We wanted you to know that we heard your feedback, and have taken action to resolve these for future guests. I hope you'll give us another chance when your travels bring you back to Pensacola Beach.

We loved our stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay in every way. So close to the beach, literally around a corner. Kitchen was very well equipped Very comfortable bed. We hope to return one day soon!

The unit was very clean, nicely equipped and I love the location.

I’ve been vacationing in Pensacola for over 25 years and stayed at many condos, we really love these as they are a little out of the way, two nice pools, and a very short walk to the beach and only a 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants.

Spring break 2025

Loved the property! Plenty of room for the seven of us and a dog. Less than 5 min walk to beach. Loved the neighborhood. Took daily walks with dog and felt safe on and off property. Could not of asked for a better location!

Very good location. 2 min from beach walking distance very peaceful home was very nice a big balcony was a plus new appliances. 9 min from food places an restaurant. An host was very nice an helped with anything we needed.

Nice place!

Our vacation was planned at the last minute and was glad to have found this property to stay at. Very clean, and conveniently located to what we like to do. Nice atmosphere for our dog also. All in all, couldn't be happier. Was a nice week get away.

Amazing place to stay!

We had an amazing time. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The beach is a very short walk away. We loved that it was a short drive to shops, restaurants, and fun activities for us to do. Could not have asked for a better experience. The host was so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Place

This was our first time in this area and it was easy to locate, gated community, very quiet area, and not far from the beach. It was very clean and keep. The scene was amazing. I loved that it was a townhome so when some wanted to rest the other could be down stairs having fun,

Loved it , stayed late june 2018

Great place, stayed late june of 2018, had a little problem with patio furniture, which was addressed and fixed by the owners immediately, they are great host, Might want to update kitchen pots and pans, kinda scarce, but place was great and will stay again, owners very gracious people.

Great location and family friendly

We had a great trip! The condo was well equipped, close to the beach, quiet and perfect for the family. There was an issue when that we reported when we arrived, which was resolved. Some of the TVs upstairs were difficult to operate and there were no directions provided, but more of an FYI than anything. Cleanliness of the property was mediocre, not disgusting, but could use improvement. Overall, the property is in a wonderful area and we would definitely go back.
