Salty Dogs ligger mittemot stranden bara tre hus i pÄ det första kvarteret i East Ruskin St. och en kvarts promenad till Seaside Amphitheatre. Denna nyligen renoverade stuga har ett rum pÄ tredje vÄningen med fantastisk utsikt över bukten och en stor öppen wrap runt veranda. Wrap kring verandan Àr möblerad med ett matbord för fyra och flera Adirondack-rockare för avkoppling efter en dag pÄ stranden.

PÄ första vÄningen finns det nyrenoverade köket med nya apparater och en frukostbar med ytterligare sittplatser för tre. Utanför köket finns en liten bakre veranda med sittplatser och en utomhusdusch. Den öppna matsalen har en inbyggd fönsterbÀnk och matbord som bekvÀmt har plats för sex. Det finns ett öppet vardagsrum med en stor platt-TV mittemot köket och matsalen.

PÄ första vÄningen finns tvÄ sovrum nere. Det finns ett kung stort sovrum som delar ett renoverat stort hall badrum (endast dusch) och öppnar mot verandan. Det andra sovrummet ner Àr en specialbyggd vÄningssÀng som bekvÀmt sover fyra med privat tillgÄng till verandan. PÄ övervÄningen har andra vÄningen ett kung sovrum och badkar (endast dusch) med tillgÄng till en privat balkong utanför kung sovrummet. TrÀdrummet pÄ tredje vÄningen har inbyggda bÀnkar, en stor platt-TV och en fantastisk utsikt över viken.

We had 4 adults, 2 teens and a toddler and all had plenty of room. The new remodel was perfection and we loved being there. We also spent a lot of time on the big porch!

Didn’t Disappoint!

The location was perfect as it’s so close to beach and town- we walked and biked everywhere and really didn’t need a car at all! It was also very clean and a lovely place to stay. We especially loved hanging out on the porch visiting in the evening.

Perfect Celebration

We live directly across the path in Seaside and needed addtional room for family and friends to celebrate the impending marrigae of our daughter. Everything was perfect. We could have used better weather but that was beyond your control. Thank you for sharing your darling cottage.
