Detta 1940 Fritidshus, mindre än 200 fot från Siesta Beach, uppgraderades nyligen i 2015 med alla moderna bekvämligheter, inklusive en vacker privat pool med sol-hylla och grill för din underhållning och avkopplande nöje. Det finns en formell matplats och gott om avkopplande plats, bland annat en i dörren bar med utsikt över poolen. Detta hus har flera uppfarter och kan hantera en liten husbil och / eller motorcykel släpvagn, etc. ... Paddleboard hyra är frivillig och grundläggande stranden leveranser ingår. Great time in Siesta!

Our family had a wonderful time at Gary’s place in Siesta! The rentals were exactly as described. Great location…can walk to everything (beach, the village). It was nice having both properties for our family of 5!

Great space for the family

Stacie is very helpful and accommodating family needs. She even provided a pack and play and high chair for our little guy in addition to lots of beach toys and a wagon to make trips to the beach easy. We’ll be back!

Sister's Weekend

The house was great, cozy and inviting. Location excellent, just a short walk to the beach. We all enjoyed our stay. Communication with owners was also excellent.

December Mini Vacation

We had a great time in Siesta Key! The property was perfect for the two of us. The owners had the cottage decorated for Christmas to make it feel like home. Communication and check in was very easy. We would definitely stay again!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second stay and it was lovely! You cannot beat the location being a short walk to the beach. Great pool with a little shallow area too. Plenty of towels and pool toys. We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect beach cottage

We just stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect! So charming. In a great location to walk to the beach or to the village. Excellent choice of beach items. The pool was beautiful and the cottage itself very clean and up to date but yet still has the charm of an old town beach home. I can’t recommend it enough!! The owners were very easy to deal with and nice.

Everything was perfect. Everything we wanted to do at Siesta Key was easily accessible. The cottage was perfect has everything anyone would need, the owners were responsive yet there was not much to ask for. We plan to return.

Great Stay!

The house was clean. When I booked, I stated we were going for my birthday. There were birthday balloons in the house when we arrived:) It's great having your own pool. If you are with kids, it's nice because there is a shallow end or a place to lay in to keep cool if you aren't with kids. Easy walk to the beach and village. Would definitely stay again:)

Our Favorite!

Where to start? The house was spotless clean and AC kept everything cool. We had an absolutely incredible time! The location is PERFECT. We were one block away from the ocean. The house had a pool, outside shower, and all of the beach items you could imagine. Cooler, sun shade, chairs, kid toys, and even two wagons to haul it all. To say we had an amazing time wouldn’t do it justice. The owner’s communication was phenomenal as well. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Siesta! Thanks again!!

Beautiful Cozy property with awesome hosts

We have been renting through Vrbo for over 10 years and Stacey and Gary are far the the best hosts/property managers we had so far. The house has the modern, nice, warm and cozy atmosphere you feel once you are in, that you cannot feel from only looking at the beautiful photos of the house. You need to go in there to feel it and you will have all amenities you need to enjoy. We had wonderful 17 days in this almost perfect property and for small imperfections, Stacey and Gary were there to help make our stay perfect!!! The benefit is it’s close to the beach.

When we got there there was garbage in the backyard and the cleaners were still there 48 mins later than my check in. There were dirty dishes left for me to take care of. A pantry/closet door in a bedroom fell on my kids head. I let all this go but the property manager/owner messaged me saying I never paid a pet fee that I 100% did and confirmed with VRBO that I did.. I did more cleaning being there than a guest should but on top of that was talked horribly to by the owner.
