Perfekt för en avkopplande semester i total komfort. Ny på marknaden är Casa Tranquila en mycket välutrustad villa belägen i ett lugnt komplex, nära lokala barer, restauranger och bekvämligheter. Det har en 8x4m nyinstallerad uppvärmd pool som ligger i en privat anlagd trädgård.

Inuti Villa består av ett rymligt vardagsrum med altandörrar som leder till en täckt terrass för uteservering. För underhållning finns en 55-tums plattskärms-TV med ett brett utbud av kanaler (inklusive Sky och British TV), en Blu-ray / DVD-spelare och en högkvalitativ Bluetooth-högtalare. Höghastighets WiFi är gratis.

Köket är fullt utrustat med ugn / spis, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och kyl och frys. Härifrån leder en dörr till den bifogade Solana (vinterträdgård) som ger möjlighet att äta middag för kallare kvällar. Det finns också en tvättstuga med tvättmaskin.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, ett badrum och gott om garderobsutrymme. Franska dörrar leder ut på en andra, avslappnad sittgrupp.

Sovrum 2 har enkelsängar och stora garderober. Dessutom finns det en familj badrum med duschkabin.

Fantastic holiday

Thank you Paul and Melinda. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Just a short walk are a number of restaurants and two small supermarkets. Playa Blanca town centre is only a ten minute drive away. We had wonderful holiday. One of the best villas we’ve stayed in and would love to book again when we return to Lanzarote

It just gets better

Second time at the villa, everything you could ever want is included in the villa. If not just ask and it will be there. Paul and Melinda have thought of everything. 2 minutes walk from bars restaurants and mini supermarkets. The area is so relaxed

Amazing Villa

We have just returned from a four week stay at Paul and Melinda’s wonderful villa. The villa is spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard. It has everything you need for a very relaxing, comfortable holiday. Paul and Melinda have thought of everything, from the welcome pack ( much appreciated) to all the essentials that you are normally expected to purchase yourself when self catering . Communication was excellent and they were always on hand to help out with any queries . The exterior of the villa was as well kept as the inside. The garden and pool maintained regularly. A perfect place to relax. I can’t believe how quickly the 4 weeks went ! It was lovely to meet Paul and Melinda and we definitely hope to return to Casa Tranquila in the future . 😎

Kurz gesagt, die Unterkunft ist eine schöne, saubere und moderne eingerichtet Finca. Paul und Melinda sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Immer für jedes Problem ansprechbar. Was man bemängeln könnte, ist vielleicht eine Insektengittertür vom Wohnzimmer auf die Terrasse. Das ist Meckern auf seher hehem Niveau.

Excellent villa in Faro Park

The villa was immaculately clean, and the owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay as comfortable - a home from home! The villa is spacious, the swimming pool is fab and the garden is very well kept. There is a bus (which runs twice an hour) into the town and some great restaurants & a little shop a 2 minute walk away. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

Perfect villa for relaxing stay

This villa was perfect for our family of 4 to relax in and use as a base for our holiday in Lanzarote. The heated pool was a massive hit to relax in each afternoon after sightseeing in the morning. The outdoor space is impressive, plenty of seating options including sun loungers. Indoors equally impressive, nice indoor table to eat, kitchen with everything you need, washing machine, large living room with TV with plenty of channels. Rooms were nice and air conditioned, one en suite. There was also a second bathroom and shower. WiFi was good, liked the security of the alarm plus the safe provided. Nice to have private parking too. Plenty of good shops and restaurants within a minutes walk. Very peaceful neighbourhood. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Superb accommodation

In a perfect location, next door to bars/restaurants in Faro Park, this villa is absolutely immaculate. The villa and outdoor area are maintained to an exceptionally high standard. It’s a lovely home, with minimal, tasteful decor yet has every possible thing needed to ensure a comfortable stay. We’ll certainly return (availability permitting). Wonderful hosts too. By far the nicest villa we’ve used in this area. Highly recommended and worthy of every one of its 5 star reviews! Thanks Paul and Melinda x

Fantastic villa

Villa and hosts were excellent. Very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The villa itself is in a quiet but convenient location and was very clean. It had all the home comforts you want when you’re away. would certainly recommend and will be coming back myself. Certainly the best villa I have stayed in on the island to date!

Fab find!

Absolutely fabulous Villa, very comfortable & exceptionally clean. Aircon was a godsend as was the swimming pool, where most of my days were spent. The welcome pack was very much appreciated as were all the little extras you want but rarely have in villas. Communication with Paul & Melinda was excellent with them responding instantly to any of our messages or pleas for help! We’ve stayed in many villas in Lanzarote & a few of those in Faro Park, but this has by far been the best for amenities & location. Thank you both for everything, we had the best time.

We went to this beautiful villa on the 26 of August untill 14 of September from going into the door it was like home every thing you could ask for was at hand also very very clean and a 10 out of 10 wellcome pack , and good job we were a late check-in after a fantastic sleep every thing you ask for air-condition and very quiet, we met Paul and Malandra you couldn't meet a better host ,which helped us so many times if you are looking for a nice Villa try and book this one you will love it can't wait to go back 😀 😊 😄 ☺️

Thank you so much to Paul and Melinda. The villa was everything and more. Every detail was thought of comfort and cleanliness impeccable. Fabulous bars and restaurants within walking distance. Peaceful location. We had an issue as we left the villa; damaged luggage. Paul and Melinda sorted things for us immediately. Amazing hosts. We will see you again.

Perfect Villa

Perfect for our needs, immediately felt at home and very comfortable, the welcome pack of wine, beer, milk, bread, cheese and more was excellent and unexpected but makes a massive difference when you walk in after a long day travelling. We have stayed at Faro Park a number of times so highly recommend the area, great restaurants on your doorstep and close to main centre & beaches by car/taxi just a few minutes away. The villa had everything we needed and more if you wanted to cook etc but we generally ate out. Pool & outside areas were faultless too. A lovely private place to stay :-)

End of summer break

Loved the villa. We wanted peaceful and got it in spades. Hosts were very attentive and helpful. Restaurants close by and a very good quality. Gustos recommended. Great walk along the shore from Faro Park to the Rubicon Marina. Would recommend this villa. First class. Will I be back. You betcha.

Truly Excellent Villa

Had to cancel this Villa stay two years on the trot due to COVID restrictions. Boy was it worth the wait! The Villa is immaculate and incredibly well maintained. Attention to detail is second to none. Having stayed in various Villas over the last 25 years this is by far best kept we have stayed in. A nice peacefully quite area with a selection of good restaurants to suit all tastes and ages within a 5 minute walk. A huge selection of British TV Chanels and movie channels which is great when you just want a quiet night in. Cannot recommend this villa enough. We will no doubt return.

Wonderful Villa

Villa was brilliant & very private, it had everything you could wish for & was spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was superb with proper semi skimmed milk(1st time ever) & not that horrible long life. TV system was second to none with ALL the UK channels, the wife did not miss a single soap lol. The pool was excellent. Paul & Melinda were brilliant from start to finish. Best holiday ever for us as just a couple & we can't recommend this villa highly enough, we are already looking to book again for next year. Thankyou both for a wonderful holiday. Colin & Lynne

Tolles Haus, sehr empfehlenswert !

Wir waren 4 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, Betten bequem, großer Fernseher mit deutschen Sendern und sogar Sky. Der Pool war 29 Grad warm und wir waren jeden Tag schwimmen (nackt geht auch, alles dicht). Einmal die Woche wurde sauber gemacht und Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Melinda und Paul wohnen in der gleichen Anlage und waren sofort da, wenn wir Probleme hatten- sie haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. In der Nähe- 3 Minuten zu Fuß- sind mehrere tolle Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Nach Playa Blanca kann man mit dem Bus fahren für 1,40€ oder 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder in dieses tolle Haus !

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus von Melinda und John ist sehr gut ausgestattet und extrem sauber. Wir machen schon seit vielen Jahren Urlaub im Faro Park. Dieses Haus übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Darum kommen wir gerne wieder. Der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet und der Pool war sauber, schön groß und hatte eine gute Temperatur. So war auch das Schwimmen im Dezember/Januar möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen gerne bei Fragen. Vielen Dank an Melinda und John!
