Perfect House!

Great house and location! The amenities are amazing and it has anything you could possibly need when staying in a rental from pool towels to kitchen utensils. Great communication and flexibility. Can’t recommend enough!

Outstanding Property

House and yard are more than accommodating to a large group or family. The property is extremely clean and far more space available than the pictures offer. I highly recommend this home for any large family gathering.

Family vacation

It was a wonderful family vacation! We had five 5 year olds in the bunk bed room, in which they loved. Plenty of space to move around. We’d have a beach day then jump in the pool…..perfect. The kids had plenty of outdoor space to play in. It was a great time had by all!

Perfect House for Multiple Familes

This was a repeat stay for our group of friends - families with young kids - and it is a great house with lots of spaces for the kids to play, adults to socialize, and everything you need for cooking and serving meals. We'll definitely be back and appreciate Ryan's hosting!

Awesome house

This house on Park Avenue was fantastic for a large gathering and family reunion. It had activities for all ages, basketball court, pool, fire pit, and a grassy area. It also had wonderful things to do inside such as a pool table and ping-pong table. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with. In addition, there were plenty of beach chairs and towels for the guests. Phenomenal rental!

Family Cape reunion

This house provided the perfect venue for our 3 generation family ages 10 to 75 to spend a week together. There was plenty on site to entertain our teenagers and pre teens- basketball court was a favorite, the pool was a gathering place for all generations, pool table and ping pong kept the kids busy in the basement and the 5 minute walk to Four Seas for ice cream and then a campfire rounded out many days. Centerville proved to be a great location, Craigsville Beach was a quick and easy diversion on several days. Plenty of new beach chairs and towels provided as well as a beach pass. We made shopping trips to Hyannis, Falmouth and Chatham. The adults enjoyed an evening at the Cape Playhouse to see the Jersey Boys a 20 minute drive. We had a couple of glitches with appliances but Ryan was quick to respond and all worked out well. All four adult couples had a comfortable bedroom with queen or king bed, a bunk room for the girls and another for the boys worked well for our combo. The eldest grandson enjoyed his own space in the den with a pullout couch. All in all a very accommodating indoor and outdoor space for our family to spend a week together.

40th Wedding Anniversary Family Reunion

Perfect home for a large family gathering. Lot of room to spread out inside and out. The pool, basketball court and fire pit along with the large yard were fantastic. Well equipped with everything you need in house and for beach day. The best was we never lacked hot water for showers. Amazing, nice big hot water tank. Enjoyable vacation celebration!

Perfect for our family of 9 adults and 10 kids ages 2 to 11. Kids were constantly in pool but also enjoyed basketball, ping pong, croquet, billiards and more. Just1 mile from Craigsville beach. We loved it

FABULOUS!

This was a wonderful stay for our extended family after a family wedding. We were a group of 20 with teens, young adults, two infants and others in their 40’s and 50’s. Although it was mid-May the pool was sparkling clean and ready for swimming. Family members enjoyed cooking, coffee in the morning on the back deck, walks around the neighborhood, ping pong competitions, the basketball court, and an evening around the fire-pit enjoying s’mores. Lovely home and the owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns. I wouldn’t hesistate to book this home again.

Comfortable space to make memories

Our family of 20 (ages 3-84) thoroughly enjoyed all the great large rooms for big breakfasts, swimming, making puzzles and watching Celtics games. Walking/biking distance to some great beaches, 5 min walk for ice cream, and short drive to ferries and whale watches a bonus. Loved our stay

Beautiful winter camp

We came with 20 students and had a fantastic experience. Kids loved the small field to play soccer on as well as the basketball court. Inside was big and had lots of space for the students to enjoy!

Centerville haven

We all enjoyed this property. The pool, basketball court and fire pit kept us outside for the whole weekend. The house is cozy, clean and has everything a large family needs. Ryan was great and answered all our questions right away. We are already talking about going again next year!

Best yet!

Extended family has stayed in 3 properties on the Cape 6 times in the last 7 years, and everyone agreed that this was the best yet. Plenty of space, both sleeping space and diverse gathering places in the house. Those who were working remotely had quiet places to set up and work from. The pool was a great gathering place for everyone in late afternoon. Kids played basketball, pool, ping-pong, cornhole. Good location. Very quiet (and we tried to keep it that way, too!). Well-equipped kitchen. Lovely grounds. I particularly enjoyed the solitude of an early morning cup of coffee on the deck with Carolina Wrens and Cardinals singing and chirping, but we were all astounded to see 6 osprey soaring over the house in late afternoon. Magical place for extended family.

Family gathering July 4th week

This property was ideally located in Centerville within walking distance of beach, the local ice cream parlor, playground and church and The Penny Candy Store. The actual yard was amazing and HUGE! Our family of 13 had more than enough space to spread out in pool area, adjoining lawn and fire pit and the basketball court was a big hit. The inside of home was well kept and laid out. If I could I would have given it 4 and 1/2 starts for just a few reasons: 1. There were no curtains or thick carpeting which led to an incredible acoustic level. The early rising of 3 toddlers could be heard throughout the house …didn’t matter where you were sleeping. 2. The 7th bedroom is really a TV room/library on the first floor with a pullout sofa which our son and partner said was very uncomfortable. We had to move around babies and cribs to accommodate them in a “real bed” . They said “this shouldn’t be described as a 7th bedroom”. However, overall it was a wonderful vacation. Property manager Ryan was terrific. Very receptive to any inquiry.

A lovely week in Centerville, Barnstable

Did you know Centerville is one of 7 towns that make up Barnstable? I did not until a few days ago. The good: ample space in the house including living rooms and bedrooms, also, ample parking, good location on quiet street, lots of bathrooms, beautiful setting, lots of activities, well supplied kitchen, good HVAC, local beach pass, and finally, four seas ice cream is a 7 min walk. The not so good: It would have been nice to have more chairs for outdoors including upstairs and downstairs as well as more shade around the pool. There was a whole host of items inside and outside that could have been dangerous or were just broken or non functional however none of them were big issues for us so we just powered through. Also, while we did not spend a lot of time watching tv, the info in the welcome letter is out of date. My review is good. We had a fantastic time and would rent here again.
