Great house! Great location! Super well stocked! Safe and clean! Easy communication! Only cons were no AC (we happened to be here when it was in the 90’s) and super flat pillows.

Thank you so very much for letting us know! We have a family who stays with us for an entire month and welcome their suggestions but they had not mentioned anything about the pillows. We have replaced all of the pillows in each and every bedroom. We appreciate the heads up! Yes, you are correct... that was a toasty week for us all. Ha! Homes built prior to 2000 in our little Spanish village by the sea had not been equipped with A/C so we were all up to our necks in the ocean that week trying to chill. Cheers.

We absolutely love coming to this condo! It suits our family perfectly and is an easy walk to the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Shan is great to deal with.

What an incredible week we had at this gorgeous property. It had absolutely everything, very clean and well organized. Excellent location and the view from the patio was amazing. We’ve been coming to San Clemente for over 20 years and this has been the best rental we have found so far, we will be back for sure.

What a fabulous place! We absolutely loved our San Clemente get away. It was the perfect place for my husband, me and our two adult kids. Plenty of room, and you can’t beat the view and the location. Shan was an amazing host, so easy to communicate with and was so helpful when I made a mistake when booking. We would definitely go back!

Great communication, excellent host, fantastic view and access to the beach, pier and shopping up town.Home is very well stocked with all the essentials and many extras. Toys, chairs, surf boards all available and in fantastic condition. AWESOME parking. We will definitely be back!!!

Communication- quick and relevantKindness- AmazingHome- wonderful San Clemente-best cozy beach town everSo many supplies such as start ups but man- their inventory for fun on the beach - they have it all!!!Not only can you see the ocean but you can hear it too on the patio.Do yourself a favor and book a relaxing stay. Awesome Place

Loved the location, can walk to beach and coffee, the two most important parts of a vacation! Comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked and lovely outdoor space to enjoy the view!

Great location. Posted pics online we accurate. Great communication with property manager. He let us know that morning that it was ready and we could check in at noon. You can easily park 2 cars, one in the garage and one in front of it. 3 min walk to the pier and beach. They also had beach towels and chairs.
