Fantastic Stay at the Beach

We chose this unit for our annual beach trip but first stay on Navarre Beach. We absolutely loved the unit, the property, and the beach. The kids loved the pool. The water was absolutely gorgeous without the crowds that are in other areas. The unit was well kept and stocked, and the owner was responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and a wonderful view

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week-long stay that passed far too quickly. The location was perfect, right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy sunrises and sunsets most days, while enjoying the pool in between. The tennis courts were also nice. The condo far exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to booking again!

Great Condo + Great Beach = Great Vacation

This property exceeds expectations. Spacious, clean, & best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had at a VRBO. The beach at Navarre is a good balance of laid back yet full of activities. And to top it all off the balcony is a wonderful place to sit back and unwind at night or enjoy breakfast and coffee in the morning.

Amazing 4th of July Trip

Totally enjoyed my stay. The views are amazing and were prefect to enjoy the fireworks on the 4th. Pictures don’t lie and well stocked kitchen. Had a slight ac problem that was taken care of quickly. Will definitely recommend and plan on returning in the future!

Breathtaking View

This condo was perfect for my family. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the spacious balcony was gorgeous. It had everything we needed and we would stay here again. The host was great with communication and made the process super easy.

The pictures in this listing don’t properly capture how nice this place is. Beautifully maintained. Stocked with anything you could possibly want in the kitchen INCLUDING a really nice crockpot (got to eliminate 4 nights of cooking!) and blender. Had plenty of space for my teen girls to do their own thing and get away from my 6 year old, lol. Really was the perfect space for us. Owner was very quickly responsive the few questions I had. I’d love to think I’ll be back sometime for a girls trip maybe. 10/10 recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with gadgets, comfortable balcony furniture, plenty of beach chairs and supplies and the beds were super comfy! Gorgeous views, easy parking, highly recommend.

Excellent Property & Condo!

Amazing property & condo, exactly as described, actually better and lots of extras especially your beach needs! We were a family of 4, our adult children are 19 & 21. With 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, we had plenty of space! Amazingly clean & nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, bathroom space & all your kitchenware needs to make quick or scratch meals. Great view with plenty of seating on the deck, very relaxing. Comfortable walking distance to 2 restaurants/bars, large pool and great beach space/location. Navarre is laid back, relaxing & low traffic, different from Destin & PCB. Pam was a wonderful host & provided all the information we needed about the condo/property for our stay & was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely rent this condo again! Thank you for a great family trip!

Perfect Location and Paradise Paradise & UNBELIEVABLE Condo!

Me, my wife, and 3 kids checked on on a Sunday. Checking was very easy and efficient. We were blown away at how beautiful and perfect this condo was from the second we opened the door. Being on the 11th floor was perfect for incredible views. The furniture, beds, and all accommodations were perfect. Felt like we were at home. Very clean as well, not a speck of dust OR sand. Truly remarkable for being steps from the beach. AC cooled perfectly and appliances were top of the line and worked great. Full kitchen with all small appliances, dishes, and silverware included. . We will definitely be staying here again. The host was excellent as well. Responded to my questions right away and assisted if she needed to. Best host I have ever had!! This is truly a perfect setting and condo. Highly recommend!! 5 ⭐'s all the way around!

Wonderful stay!

My wife and 2 children made the trip for a graduation and 20yr anniversary celebration. This was our first time to Navarre Beach. This stay was nothing short of spectacular!! Pam was quick to respond on any of our questions and super nice. The place was very nice and the location was perfect. Not crowded like it was in Destin. The condo is super clean and supplied with everything we could possibly need. Instructions were clear and helpful. The covered parking was great since we had storms everyday. We definitely will be staying here again. This will be our go to place from now on for the beach! I would give more stars but 5 seems to be the limit!

Beach Colony 11D

Well furnished condo with decent views. Updated appliances and everything worked. Several beach accessories with the condo. No beach chair/ umbrella service so be prepared to get up early to set up your own umbrella chair or pay another 250 for that service from condo vendor. I recommend paying for the service if you can. We love Navarre and Beach Colony has been one of our favorite condo buildings. 11D is a good one.

Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Destin with restaurants, shops, outlet malls and plenty of kid friendly activities.
