Välkommen till vår Chateau Chamonix! Det här är den perfekta uppsättningen för större grupper och familjer. Super nära Canyon Lodge! Vi är enhet # 87 av Rainbow Lane gå till backarna!

Detta mysiga tri-level town hem har:
     - Tillgång till Canyon Lodge via 4-5 min promenad.
-Tv sovrum med en-sviter på bottenvåningen. Ett sovrum har en stor king size-säng som sitter på toppen av en plattformsförvaringsbädd med massor av lådor för kläder och ett stort garderobsområde och badrum med badkar.
Den andra mästaren har en queen size-säng med anpassad huvudgavel och ett eget badrum med dusch och gott om garderobsutrymme och byrå. Båda sovrummen har nya plattskärms-ledda tv-apparater monterade på väggarna.
-Middle Floor har ett fullt utrustat kök, med stort anpassat loggbord med bänk
sittplatser med plats för 10, en mysig bäddsoffa med en drottning bäddsoffa, den våta baren har ett skräddarsydd loggbord, barstolar, gott om bestick och bländare för perfekt fest efter backarna! Stor plattskärms-tv hängde ovanför eldstaden och en helt ny eldstadspanna med anpassad handhammad öppen spis.
Propaneldetan värmer hela golvet och på övervåningen med ett tryck på en strömbrytare. Inget trä att röra med eller aska för att städa upp!
-Oversta våningen är loftet som har två logg våningssängar som sover upp till 6 personer! Två fulla sängar på botten och tvillingarna uppe! Plattskärm ledde tv monterad på loft, badrum och balkong!
-Mamma rum: När du kommer in i stan hem välkomnas du av "Humboldt" vår björn från skogsskogen för att hälsa på dig! Det finns gott om förvaring för snowboards, skidor, cyklar, etc. Snowboard och skidhållare att hänga utrustning, anpassat trälagring
     bänkar för jackor, hjälmar, handskar!

Mammoth Getaway

The hosts (Kerstin & Alan) were responsive and the place is as described. Clean, spacious and in central Mammoth with easy access to everything. The place has a homey feel making it a great location to relax in after a day full of adventure in the local lakes/mountains.

Great mammoth village spot

We enjoyed great spring skiing at Cham 87.The location is very very close to the Canyon Lodge and all the lifts associated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The bunks upstairs have their own bathroom as well. Would definitely stay again!!

Great location!

We recently stayed at this property and the location is fantastic for being able to walk right to Canyon Lodge. The place itself was well stocked, clean and the beds were really comfy. The giant mudroom is a huge plus for taking off your gear . We will definitely rent this place again

Loved it!!

We loved the condo!! We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it worked out perfectly! Kids loved the bunk beds, Rec room and pool! We also enjoyed the games provided by hosts. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Wonderful stay!

This condo was perfect for our two families with plenty of room and all the amenities you can think of! It was less than five minutes walking distance to Canyon Lodge, which is a big plus. The place was well stocked and the cleanest condo I've stayed in so far. The owners even left us ingredients for our first meal, which came in handy when we were snowed the second night! I would definitely stay here again!

Family Weekend

We loved our stay. Property was clean and welcoming. Stocked very well and felt like home. Loved that we had access to Laundry in the home. The family games were fun to end the evening. Quick access to the covered community Spa which was nice to enjoy as it rained two of the days we were there. Our young adults also liked playing pool in the Rec center. Definitely would stay again. Thank you for quick communication and opening your home to our family.

Fantastic Experience!

Beautiful property, responsive and communicative hosts, very friendly, helpful, and positive energy! We chose this location for a snowboard trip, canyon lodge was less than a 5 minute walk. Condo had everything anybody could ask for. Definitely recommend, and we'll be looking to book again next time!

Wonderful condo near Canyon Lodge

We had a terrific stay at this condo last weekend. Everything has been updated and the decor is very well done. It has a terrific heating and air system which is important in this climate. The amenities were great and unit was appointed with everything we needed. It had TVs in each room and good wi fi. The parking is also very convenient. I would highly recommend it and plan to stay here again

Best Choice in Mammoth

If you are looking for a condo that truly sleeps 10 comfortably, this condo is for you. Having three full bathrooms is also a definite plus when renting for a family. In addition, the ammities are great for entire family. The location is close to everything from the Village to the great fishing lakes.

Epic Mammoth skiing vacation

Alan and Kerstin were great hosts. The communication was excellent and the townhome was everything that was described. The walk to Canyon Lodge was even closer than we expected which made it easy for the non skiers to join us for lunch and apres ski fun. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Mammoth. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have a large family and there were enough beds to accommodate everyone. The owners were very helpful and prompt when we had questions. The kids enjoyed playing in the nearby pool and spa at the complex. There is a lot to do in the area in the summer including fishing and hiking. The condo was clean and well taken care of. We would love to stay again if we are ever back in mammoth. Thanks!

Family Ski house steps from the slopes!

This location is AMAZING! 5 min walk to canyon lodge, really convenient if skiing is a priority like it is for us. House is very charming, clean and comfortable and everything works. Great openfloor plan on the main floor for cooking and relaxing with the family. Owners were very accommodating and responsive to special requests. Overall a great experience over Christmas with the family! Our 5 year old daughter also loved the rustic pine bunk beds. We look forward to staying here again.

Amazing place

I have used both several rental properties for years and have never encountered the above and beyond communication like we did with the owners of this property. With snow piled high everywhere, it can be hard to find the location but not with the instructions given by the owners. The place is walking distance from canyon making it super easy to get rentals and lessons for our kiddos. The condo is clean, has great amenities, and super cozy sheets. Highly recommend staying here and will likely come back!!

Mammoth with the Family

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely condo this summer (late July 2024). The accommodations were everything we needed. The couch is super comfy and the bathrooms, bedrooms and flooring look newly remodeled. The kitchen is quite small but we were able to make breakfasts comfortably. We loved the spacious seating in the dining area and the decor throughout. A major plus was the facility recreation room. Our family enjoyed using the pool, jacuzzi's, pool table, ping pong and foosball tables. It was the perfect way to end our jam packed days filled with outdoor adventures. The condo is conveniently located walking distance (in the summer of course) from The Village and a short drive to the Main Lodge. The owners were easy to contact and quick to answer messages. They provided us with all of the info we needed well before our visit. Give this lovely home a chance. You will not regret it.

Cleaning service

Only one thing bothered me was the cleaning expectation. Rental price included very high $$ for Service Fees and Cleaning charges, but still owner has expectation that we should clean all the utensils, dump all the garbage bags to the nearest street side trash bin. If renter has to do all these cleaning, then why have to pay stiff cleaning changes.

Most Memorable Trip to Mammoth Yet!

Renting from Kirsten and Alan couldn't have gone any smoother. Right from the beginning, the Litvak family was very helpful when trying to plan our yearly ski trip with a large group of friends. Everything was as advertised in their posting and I could not have asked for more. The kitchen and bar were fully stocked to accommodate 13 people and the condo itself was very comfortable, clean and cozy. This made things very easy when preparing for our festivities for the big game. The best part was that the Canyon Lodge was literally a few blocks away from the front door so access to the ski lifts and the village gondola was very easy. During our stay, we also happened to receive a couple of feet of snow and we were thankful that the complex/city came through the Chamonix parking lot to help dig out the areas around our cars. In the end, I would happily stay here again if given the opportunity! Thanks again Alan and Kirsten!

Top rental choice!! Fabulous hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo this last long weekend. We were 2 families and the condo was perfect for our stay. It is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the condo was very well-stocked with everything we needed. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. This is a great location and a very good price for 2 families. No need to look further!! There are a ton of games, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets, and a well-stocked kitchen. There were also plenty of sleds for the kids to use. The hosts even left us a first night dinner/dessert. So thoughtful. The beds were comfy and all of us fit comfortably in the family room and around the table. The jacuzzi is just steps away and there is easy trash/recycling access. The hosts were incredibly responsive and replied to all questions immediately and checked in to make sure everything was going well and we had all that we needed. The hosts were also very flexible with check out/in. We have been renting condos all over the world through VRBO and AirBnB and I have to say this experience was in the top 2 or 3 that we have ever had anywhere. THANKS!

Super clean, well maintained, homey and comfortable!

We were 2 families with 4 total kids aged 4-12 and one uncle. The 2 bedrooms for us parents were downstairs ( a king and a queen). The living area/dining/kitchen are on the middle level with a cute bar. There was enough room for all of us to hang out together. There are 2 sets of twin over double bunks up in the loft where the kids & uncle slept. The entire unit was very clean and the kitchen was very well-stocked. The couch & beds were very comfortable and there were enough comfy blankets to keep everyone warm. The location is also a plus- a very short walk to Canyon Lodge right up Rainbow La (my 4 year old easily walked it daily). A nice variety of board games was a very nice touch- we didn't have enough time to make good use of them but they looked fun! Kerstin and Alan were such a pleasure to rent from- we felt like we were renting from friends. They are very responsive (although we didn't have any issues at all, just a couple of questions). We had a fantastic pre-holiday trip & would definitely rent this home from Kerstin and Alan again- they are great and caring hosts and it shows in their home!

Welcome to our home away from home! After spending a childhood coming up to Mammoth and bringing our three children up for the past 15 years, we decided to make it our second home! We purchased our unit in the Spring of 2015 and slowly have replaced furniture and decorated and just did a remodel to make it the cozy getaway we dreamed of. After enjoying our Chateau Chamonix ourselves we decided to make it available to you as well. We hope you will make memories for a lifetime as we have. We feel Chamonix is the perfect location for all seasons. We are up at the top by Canyon Lodge - on those big dump snow days, no waiting in a bus line or searching for parking spots, JUST WALK RIGHT TO THE LIFTS! If you want to go to the village, take the Gondola down or the town trolley and bus lines pick up/drop off at the front of the complex. Our family enjoys traveling all over, but Mammoth is the one place where we truly can relax and enjoy the mountains, snow, beautiful summers, fishing, hiking, and biking! We hope you enjoy your stay at our home!

Due to the location so close to the mountain base, you may see various forms of wildlife in the area, please be mindful that these are wild animals and should be treated with caution. Please do not leave food in your car - Bears can get into cars - they are crafty!

Mammoth is a beautiful location but it is also subject to the whim's of nature, we are not responsible for loss of power, internet, mountain/lift, road closures due to weather. We also cannot control the operating of any rec room facilities sauna, jacuzzi, etc. as they are beyond our control! Please check the Mammoth Mountain website for the weather, lift status, and other safety information.

Chamonix is located steps away (4 min walk) from Mammoth Mountain's Canyon Lodge. We are near ski lifts, ski school, rentals, lockers, dining and the Gondola that takes visitors down to the Village restaurants and shops. The convenient FREE town trolley and buses stop directly in front of Chamonix as well and can take you to the different lodges and around town. In summer, you can easily mountain bike in and out of Chamonix or ride your bike down to the village. From there a trolley will take you and your bike to ride at different locations around the mountain.
