Njut av denna charmiga, rymliga och avkopplande två berättelse, 2BR / 2. 5BA stadsbostad historiska Wesley Heights, uptown. Nära Gateway Center med tillgång inom några minuter till alla stora restauranger, konst, nattliv och shopping Charlotte uptown har att erbjuda.

Utrymmet

Detta 2BR, 5ba 2. nybyggda 1920-talet inspirerade radhus ligger i hjärtat av det hela .. huset är en vacker två våningar hem i Charlotte historiska och charmiga Wesley Heights i 3: e Ward. Av alla Charlotte historiska kvarter kan Wesley Heights vara den bäst bevarade hemlighet. Ligger rakt väster om Uptown och inom ett stenkast från Bank of America Stadium (Går pantrar!) Bekvämlighet är nyckeln till Wesley Heights "popularitet. Området ligger precis utanför I-77 / I-277 slinga krets uptown Charlotte, och ingången till I-77 är en halv mil bort. Med skumma, säkra förortsträdkantade gator, massor av parkering, i kombination med snabb tillgång till uptown, håller Wesley Heights samma vädjan om Charlotte stadsbor idag som när den byggdes ursprungligen på 1920-talet. Det är också gångavstånd till Greenway som går genom Frazier Park (tennis, fotboll, jogging, cykling, hund lekplats, etc ..) som leder dig till Gateway Center uptown.

Vi har gått den extra milen för att göra detta radhus en top notch upplevelse för våra kära gäster, från nya premium sängar (Posturepedic och minne skum), till nya lyxiga handdukar och ... Lela Court är omgivet av många underbara restauranger och butiker, du behöver aldrig gå långt hemifrån. Den Panthers Stadium och Bobcats Arena är också mycket nära så att du kan alltid snabbt fånga en spännande, levande fotboll eller basket spel.

Varje sovrum är en mästare svit med egen badrum och båda är på andra våningen. I vardagsrummet / matsal / kök / badrum är alla på bottenvåningen och fullt utrustade för din bekvämlighet och njutning.

Det finns aldrig något krångel med parkering som det finns gott om gratis parkeringsplatser precis framför huset (en sällsynt lyx i staden / uptown).

Canceled Our Reservation

We arrived early and let the owner know. We went to get food since we still had an hour before check-in. About 5-10 minutes before our check-in they canceled our reservation altogether. On a weekend in Charlotte where there were two massive events going on.

Perfect!

Shawn is an excellent host! He responds quickly, and is very friendly and accomodating. The townhouse is exactly as described! It is spacious and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. It is in a wonderful neighborhood that is close to everything. The greenway is a great spot for walking and there are restaurants within walking distance as well. My biggest concern with any rental is the cleanliness. I could not have been more impressed with how clean this property is! I felt like I was in my own home. I don't believe I have ever been in a rental as clean as this one. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to coming back during our next visit to Charlotte. Thank you very much! Barbra

Loved the townhouse and location

This townhouse and location were nearly perfect for me. The townhouse is spacious, was very clean, and well appointed with nearly everything needed for an excellent stay. The location allowed for easy access to uptown and as well as to other parts of Charlotte and beyond. I would definitely rent here again and will recommend it to friends, family and colleagues.

Excellent Experience

This was our second stay at this property. My favorite thing about this VRBO is that it delivers as advertised. It is a convenient location. Very clean!!! The owner is very responsive and helpful. Would recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Charlotte.

Nice area

This is a nice townhouse. Everything was as stated in the description. We were in for a baby shower so we were on the go every day and didn't eat much in the rental but it has a full kitchen to prepare meals.

Great Place, Convenient Location!

We loved staying at Shawn's place. It was everything that we needed. Convenient location to down town and surrounding areas. Shawn was extremely helpful and accommodating. We needed to stay an additional night, and Shawn was responsive and accommodating to our needs on such a short notice. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Wesley Heights Town Home

The unit is in a nice peaceful setting, and even though it is a high density area, we were not bothered by traffic noise or noise from neighbors. The unit itself was nice with comfortable furniture and beds. The unit could use some TLC in a few areas. A good cleaning would be helpful. There were cob webs, the walls had lots of marks that some paint would take care of. The kitchen stove top needs some help, and we noticed that one of the bathroom doors was really dirty. The carpet is at the end of its life, as well. The half bath did not have any towels, and only one was provided in the kitchen. Also the upstairs bathrooms did not have full sets of towels. There was not a hairdryer, but when I reported that,, one was purchased and delivered on the second day - thank you for that. One item to note is that one of the bedrooms did not have any drawer space other than a small drawer in the night stand, so one couple had to live out of their suitcase, which was a hassle. The decorating was awesome, and the unit was as pictured. We did have a bit of difficulty figuring out how to make the TV work with the two remotes, so some instructions would have been helpful. Having a secure wifi connection was a plus, since many rentals only provide unsecured connections. Overall, we had a good stay, and with attention to the items I listed, I would have given at least a 4 star rating.

Good location Loved the walking path which is close by!! Also Shawn was awesome to deal with responded quickly & always available The backyard was also nice the mulch little messy coming into the house Also utilized the bbq which is a community bbq There is also a firepit( community) did call to possibly get key to use but ended up not using Could use more dishes & the dishwasher power was not easily found!
