Amazing

It was our first time using Vrbo and we have to say that it was amazing. It's walking distance to the beach and the views were just stunning. The place itself was perfect. Clean and everything we needed. Thank you for the stay.

Host is very communicative and accommodating and made it easy for my group to stay here. The unit is exceptionally clean, and well equipped with an ocean view as well. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful and updated nicely as shown in the photo's. We love the proximity to the pool, beach and restaurants. Communication with the property owners was fantastic and they were able to accommodate a last minute change to our dates which was very much appreciated. We do an annual spring beach trip and would definitely stay at this property again. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful beach retreat.

We had a great time walking on the beach, swimming at the three pools and relaxing at the condo. The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared and the beds were comfortable. Sue was great to work with. We will be staying here again.

Couples Retreat

We were two couples and everything was perfect. This property has two bedrooms with two king beds, TV's in both rooms and bathrooms a plenty. Clean, great view and Sue was very accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place & host

Planned this as a seaside getaway for a few days (extended Mother's Day) for my wife & for my mother. All of us had a wonderful time & enjoyed our stay in the unit. Sue is an excellent host & very responsive, and the comfortable unit has been thoughtfully provided for & arranged. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

We are both very fortunate to have spent our entire lives in Santa Cruz County. Our permanent residence is only a 10 minute drive from the Seascape Resort. Having lived here all our lives, we know the Best of the Best for this area, this is why we chose this location.
