Perfect Family Location

We enjoyed a quiet, convenient home to focus on Family time in the morning at breakfast, nap time after the pool and supper at the end of our day. Sunsets, whale watching and memories. Thank you for this place!

Overall Excellence

Host is very communicative and accommodating and made it easy for my group to stay here. The unit is exceptionally clean, and well equipped with an ocean view as well. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The condo was well maintained, enjoyable to stay at. We liked the pool area and used the hot tub which was nice. We took a trip to the beach and had a delicious meal at the the resort restaurant. Thanks for the use of your beautiful condo.

Wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful and updated nicely as shown in the photo's. We love the proximity to the pool, beach and restaurants. Communication with the property owners was fantastic and they were able to accommodate a last minute change to our dates which was very much appreciated. We do an annual spring beach trip and would definitely stay at this property again. We had a wonderful time!

Couples Retreat

We were two couples and everything was perfect. This property has two bedrooms with two king beds, TV's in both rooms and bathrooms a plenty. Clean, great view and Sue was very accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo and wonderful experience

We had never been to Seascape nor to the Capitola-Aptos-Pajaro area. So we took a chance on Sue's unit and found it just perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and perfectly-located for our jaunts north and south of Seascape. The beach is a close but vigorous walk (down a moderately steep but well maintained path), there is a nice shopping center across the street, and just beyond that is a swim and tennis club that accepts drop-ins from the resort (perfect for my lap swimming). We hope to return again soon.

Beautiful place

Thank you for sharing your awesome vacation spot with us! The place was decorated perfectly. The location was great. Gorgeous and scenic walk down to the beach, view of the pool and the ocean. Hear the ocean waves from the bedroom and living room. We were able to use the golf cart ride back up from the beach a few times since it was a hike up for the 3 year old. But, both paths down to the beach were so beautiful and fun to walk! Close to the little shopping center. It was a great spot for our family with young kids! We only wish we would have stayed longer! We appreciated the laundry, Netflix, grill, beach towels and chairs and even some sand toys for the kids.

Pete is working at retired from construction, and Sue is a Real Estate Broker. Both of us have a strong desire to bring properties to their fullest potential, and enjoy hearing about their guests visits.
We are both very fortunate to have spent our entire lives in Santa Cruz County. Our permanent residence is only a 10 minute drive from the Seascape Resort. Having lived here all our lives, we know the Best of the Best for this area, this is why we chose this location.
