Fantastisk utsikt från huvudbalkongen med utsikt över sandlinjen till Mexikanska viken och utsikten från övervåningen privat balkong utanför sovrummet blir bara bättre. Fantastisk inredning och kakelgolv i huvudområdet. Alla badrum är också kaklade. Köket har en inbyggd bar som vetter ut mot vardagsrummet mot viken. Vardagsrummet ner och sovrummen upp, och utsikt över bukten från båda balkongerna är säkert att behaga. Great property! Totally worth it.

The condo was well decorated, completely furnished and mostly clean. The view and access to the beach were the real highlights and the reasons to book. You will have access to streaming via YouTube TV when staying indoors. I can see myself booking here again in the future.

If you are interested in crossing an experience off your bucket list, this is the place to go!! The Hobbit house was spacious, luxurious and family friendly. Loved sitting in the enclosed porch, drinking morning coffee and watching nature. The alpacas, goats and ducks are cute beyond description. Directly behind the house is, what my kids referred to as, winnie the pooh and piglets house. Very whimisical!

This was a beautiful place to stay. We come to Pensacola Beach a few times each year with family. We usually stay in the same condo each year. However, we decided to branch out this year to something a bit less expensive. I was concerned that it might not meet our expectations. But it was absolutely perfect. It is the perfect distance right to the beach. The view is incredible. The cottage is clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. We will absolutely be back!

Sandpiper cottage

Always great

We've been coming to Pensacola for several years. Starboard Village is the best. This unit's location is great. Amazing beach that's never too crowded, good restaurants, perfect for relaxing with your family.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is just beautiful and the views from the balconies are too! The only drawback is all the stairs to get into it and then more to go to the bedrooms, and more to get on the beach! We are 3 senior citizen ladies and one of us has health issues that made the stairs extra hard for her. Unfortunately, it was enough of an issue that we would not come to this condo again. Why is there no elevator?

Perfect getaway location!

This property is perfect for any getaway. I can’t say enough good things about the location & views. We had quite a variety of weather but it was perfect regardless- inside for games, balcony for coffee and watching the waves, easy access to the beach and so much more. We hope to come back one day!

Fantastic…perfect location for low key Spring Break with family. Easy access to private beach! Great sand and surf! Enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas provided in the garage. Needs better light in the garage though!

best place on Ft Pickens

our family absolutely love this condo. It was very spacious very accommodating tons of places to put food. Love the full-size washer and dryer. Had enough towels where we weren't washing them every day. Great View with easy access to the beach. Loved the ability to keep our beach stuff downstairs in the garage. If possible, we're gonna try to stay there again next year

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at Sandpiper Cottage. It is beautifully decorated with stunning views of Pensacola beach from two balconies. The unit is very clean with an in unit washer and a dryer. It was also very nice having a garage underneath. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and an umbrella located in the garage. The check in and check out process was so easy. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we would love to come back!

Perfect fit for our family

Condo was perfect for our family of 5, kids 6,11,14. Great space, awesome views from Master and living room. Right on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Convenient to all restaurants and activities. Condo was clean, and the property management company communicated well and often. We will definitely stay here again on a trip to Pensacola.

Our Favorite FL vacay!

We had a great week in Pensacola, and this condo was beautiful!! It was clean and had everything we needed. The views of the ocean from both balconies were breathtaking. We loved that it was a very short walk to the beach and pool. If you are someone who struggles with steps then this condo would not be for you, but it was perfect for our family of 4. We've visited many spots on the FL panhandle, and this became our favorite! We hope to visit again.

Short but delightful

Very nice unit and perfect for our short stay. (We were able to rent this unit for only 2 days. Most condos seem to require minimum of 1 week Saturday to Saturday.) Unfortunately weather was not as nice. Ran the entire time.. Still family time with grandson was most important. Meal at Peg Leg Pete's was great. Would definitely go back.

Can't Wait to go back

We very much enjoyed out stay. The pictures do not do justice to the room views. The unit was clean and bigger than expected as well. The unit is parked right on the beach and the master bedroom has a large sliding door to the balcony overlooking the gulf. The temperature was in the 50-60's so we left the AC off and opened the door to the gulf each night. Listening to the waves, feeling the cool breeze and sleeping on a nice mattress in the master bedroom is worth the whole trip. The kids had fun on the each and the restaurants are awesome. We will return to this unit.

2 weeks at Pensacola

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very well stocked, better than most. I have always liked renting with Pensacola beach Properties. Lots of sun, hotter than most Oct. but a very comfortable place. Dryer gets very hot I did not leave the place while I ran it.

Amazing week

We loved this condo for the amazing views, cleanliness, plenty of space for our family of 4 (room for more if needed), comfortable décor, kitchen supplies, extra blankets, beach supplies, 1-car garage, and proximity to the beach, pool, walking/biking trail, and Peg Leg Pete's! The property management company was extremely quick to respond when the AC malfunctioned once (no other AC issues, temp was quite comfortable other than that brief time). Other reviews did not like the beds, but we absolutely loved the firmness of the master bed. I'd love to come back and have already shared the link for this unit with a friend, highly recommend!

First time in Pensacola

We loved it! View from the deck is spectacular. Having had a B&B and also a rental on VRBO we are very particular with the places we rent. The unit is quite spacious and it’s nice to have a garage. We felt very safe and restaurants were nearby. The ocean was so clean and the white sand so soft. I did look for a hair dryer and found none. I quit bringing mine when traveling because one was always provided. There is everything needed to cook but no salt or pepper or seasonings. We will definitely return and possibly to this very unit. The unit is well managed. We were at the beach the morning we were to leave by 10. At 9:45 we tried to re-enter the unit to grab my purse and a back pack but the code wouldn’t work. We called management and were given a code right away to get back in so we could depart. Thanks again!

Perfect

Condo is exactly a pictured with easy and close beach access. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels were available. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 small kids. We had plenty of room.
