Nice little house

Very nice beach house, great views

House was clean except for the sofa which was covered in hair. Thankfully we brought blankets to cover it up. There were parts of the floors that were not swept. Under the sofa was awful. A Great Stay Makes For A Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Myself, my wife, and both of my kids had a great stay at the Escape to Paradise house. The house was clean, it was in a great location, and all of the furniture was comfortable (including the beds). The views from the deck are great because there are no houses across the street that obstruct seeing the ocean, and the crows nest view is awesome, totally unobstructed. Over the years we have stayed at a bunch of different rentals, including houses, cabins, and hotels. No of those places can compare to the comfort and at home feel that we had while staying at Escape to Paradise. We will be back to stay again in the future.

Great place to stay.

Layout of house was nice. Washer and dryer would be nicer if upstairs. Dishwasher was really loud. Front and backyard not usable. Housr was very homey feeling. Views from deck and crows nest had incredible views. Already booked for next year.

Wonderful Location

Everything was perfect - the place was clean. There was starter kit of items to get you started (dish soap/bags/etc.) It may be across from the beach but it felt beachside as very little obstructing the view. And the beach entry was steps away. Definitely a great find! I highly recommend.

Great stay in Kitty Hawk

Had a wonderful time at this house across the street from the beach in Kitty Hawk. The house was clean and in great shape. Dog friendliness was a huge plus. We'd definitely stay again!

The outside needs a really good clean up. Junk everywhere. And I don't think your cleaners ever scrub the floors. Our socks were black after walking on them. Just a few things the owner and management needs to see to.

Never disappointed

Our 2nd year here. I love the spot, the beaches are pretty much private. Perfect location and accommodations. Love the cottage, the eagles nest, the deck. Lots of room. Only thing I can say negatively is it needs a good spring cleaning and outside toy area needs to be cleaned up. But nothing to discourag our 3rd year. Thank you for a cute getaway.
