winter break

took 3 grandchildren and they loved the pool and spa, they were in it from morning till evening lol had a hard time taking them to Legoland they enjoyed it that much. quiet neighborhood great clubhouse and a dog friendly place.

Amazing home!!! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Conveniently located to shopping. The pool area was so relaxing. Had a wonderful time, would highly recommend this home!!!!

Enjoyable Getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay here for Cheer! The kids had a blast swimming at our private pool and the community pool and park. It was convenient to the airport, Disney, Publix grocery store and pretty much anything else you may need. House was fully stocked with all the essentials. Very clean and cozy. Felt like home! Thank you for making our stay so welcoming!

Overall a good stay

There were a few things within the house that were broken/outdated from the photos that were posted. The community pool area was really nice except you can’t bring in any outside food or beverages, you couldn’t even move your chair an foot without being reprimanded, and the kids can not even play with a small pool toy. We enjoyed staying at the house, kitchen was fully stocked which was great. As mentioned, photos are outdated and certain items were broken- There should have been a walk through by the company prior to us staying. Didn’t want to spend my whole stay complaining as the items broken/unuseable wasn’t a deal breaker for us at the time- Just based off price would have been nice to have.

Bugs in bed and ceiling

Upon arriving to the property I was never provided into to gain access to the property. I called the point of contact listed in confirmation email and the lady was rude as if I was a fraud. After 45 minutes of waiting outside I was emailed and texted the info to go inside. After gaining access to the home one of the rooms had bugs in the bed under the covers and on the ceiling. Another phone call to the point of contact and I was offered a late check out as if I wanted to continue to stay in this filthy house. I have pictures and video of the bugs

Very spacious and clean bungalow

The house was very spacious and well laid out. The pool was well heated. Even though the photos need to be updated to show that there are now houses behind the pool, we never had any issues with noise from neighbouring houses. There was plenty of seating options for both shade and sun. The washer was replaced with a brand new dryer while we were there so there were no problems with the new washer. Communication with property manager was excellent. We only used 2 of the bedrooms and we did find that the beds were somewhat noisy and perhaps this could be looked at for improvement. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay in this well laid out spacious house.

The pictures are outdated. There are houses immediately behind the property.

I read all the reviews and was sure I was going to be ok with the listing. My advise is to not ignore the reviews that wrote about the loud beds or uncomfortable couch abs bar stools I had no idea a bed could be so loud! The pictures are all outdated. There are houses right behind the pool. This should be monitored by VRBO. The furniture isn’t even the same. It’s low quality for the nightly rate. I rarely write reviews, but felt the need to for this rental. Request updated pictures if you want to know what you are paying for. On a positive note, the phone number of the property manager connected me with a person who was responsive and kind. The messaging via VRBO was spotty. There are so many rental places in Solterra - we were last minute so we overpaid for this. My advise - plan ahead. 😀

Christmas Family Vacation 2021

Easy check in. Property manager was nice and prompt with messages. The place was suitable for my large family but a few things: couch was noticeably dingy and sank in when we sat on it. Master bedroom bed squeaked with any small movement all through the night. At least 3 toilet seats were broke or needed fixing. Shower curtains. Were dollar tree material. Washer did not automatically spin and I had to manually do it myself. Game room pool stick was so used, worn and just not in good shape. At the very least, for the amount that was paid, the couch should be upgraded.

Goods communication and inside house clean

Communication was very good and quick responses. Once we arrived the house itself was clean. There were a few areas that needed a little TLC/repair, but that’s with most houses. It is obvious that the owners have the inside of the house cleaned. The game room and the pool were a little different story. The air hockey table did not work at first. Contacted owner and he had repair man out the next day. The pool itself had not been cleaned. It had old balloons and water bottles from previous tenants and contacted the owner and he said they would come out next day, but they did not arrive until Friday. Since we did not want to get into an unclean pool, we found the community pool on Thursday and that was a fun find. Spent most pool days there instead of the backyard pool. One frustrating issue we had was the sheets on one of the beds were not cleaned properly. I understand from the owner that the sheets come in a bag after cleaned, but this set was not cleaned properly. Did a bit of back and forth with owner and sent pictures and finally had a new set of sheets delivered. All the houses have trash bins outside the house and are picked up daily, but the bins are small and some houses (we noticed) don’t hold all the trash. Our particular house had the trash completely closed due to requirements listed in the contract. But due to other houses and their trash, there was an outside rodent problem noted and heard on the roof at night… and I imagine that is the entire neighborhood. The neighborhood should look into a different method of trash collection. This is no fault of the owner. We did have a storm that tore the screen in the backyard and the owners had that repaired the same day. All in all, trip was fun. Not sure if we’d stay in this same neighborhood again though. The neighborhood was easy to find, close to I4, quiet and good for families.

Good Solid Home

Stayed here for three nights. The house was clean and spacious. We ordered pool heat and it was great! Some of the linen and towels were a little old, but still clean. The kitchen was nice and clean and appliances were all great. We were a large group and used all of the bedrooms. We all experienced noisy and creaky beds; they can use new mattresses or frames or something. The game room was a big hit and all the kids enjoyed playing there. The location is great and the resort has nice amenities including a great water slide, and lazy river. The pool at the home is nice and spacious and has a pleasant cabana too.

Don't stay here need major upgrades

Some of the bathroom showers did not have heat. We didn't get to use the pool or hot tub being that the pool heat control was broken. Management did let us know of the pool heat issue but I felt like they didn't care that we really booked the house to relax in the water, plus when I texted they were a little snippy and rude. We saw little bugs in the house. We also saw rats outside the home. The bath towels were old and dingy, in need of new ones. The bed are old and everytime you touch or sit it makes a squeaky noise. Let's just say you and your spouse can't enjoy private time with a loud bed. Everything else was ok. Would never stay here again.

Girl's Trip

The property was gorgeous and had everything we needed to start off our girl's trip. The pool has a screen which is awesome and kept bugs out. There were 9 of us and plenty of room for us to move around without feeling on top of each other. Everyone was thrilled with the rental. We did have a little problem with the air conditioner but they sent someone out fast to fix it that same evening. The communication between me and the porperty manager waa great. She responds very fast and made sure our trip was perfect. The girls and I will definitely be back.

Nice home but cleaning crew can do better floors were dirty shower curtains were too old rusty shower rod we didn't have enough wash clothes there was a old rug my pregnant daughter tripped over thank God she didn't hurt herself but we made the best of it. Thanks

Great place to make memories!

I shared this house with my brother and sister in law. The layout was terrific, very open and spacious, which allowed everyone to spend time together, but also have their own space. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom too! It was decorated beautifully, and the pool and game room kept the kids busy for hours! The manager of the property was great, answering all of our questions and helping us maximize our enjoyment of the property. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Worth the value

Nestled in a gated community, private pool plus a large community pool, club house has a surprisingly good gym. Nearby a grocery store and some quick eats, half hour from MCO and all the Orlando attractions. No covered parking. Perks: we were permitted a late checkout without extra charge, outdoor furniture was comfortable, dish soap and detergent was available, tv in every room. Only complaints (minor): wifi did not work in the pool patio area, there was a Toilet seat that wobbled, not enough Toilet paper or paper towels, and a few shower curtains had Mildew and stains. I Would recommend and stay at this home again. Home was as advertised, cleaned upon arrival.

Beyond Expectation!

I've rented many vacation homes throughout the country, and this home was one of the nicest, most perfect house I have ever rented. It is a brand new home that is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is spacious enough for 8 ladies working in the kitchen at the same time. There were plenty of pot & pans and utensils available to cook with. My friends and I all agree the beds were very comfortable. The back yard pool area has very beautiful and comfortable lounge chairs. The manager, Miss Luciana was very, very nice!! I highly recommend this home!

Fantastic Property and Managers

What an amazing stay! The beautiful house was perfect for our quick family vacation. The property managers were the best being very quick to respond and help with any of our needs. The house itself was a blast for the kids and very relaxing and spacious for us adults. The neighborhood felt safe and secure with a great pool / activity area. Loved being so close to Publix and other shopping plus just a quick drive to any attractions and so many golf courses. Certainly recommend this property!!
