Close to Downtown.

Anout 25 minutesfrom most venues in the downtiwn Denver area. Home was very roomy and well decorated.We really enjoyed the ping pong and the basket ball.

National Western Stockshow Highland group

6 of us stayed during the last week of the National Western Stockshow. Great to have all accomodations that met our needs, from the many showers, to parking for a trailer and our vehicles. Planning again for next year!

Great stay

We had a family reunion with people from all across the country. Loved the layout of the house. Only suggestion is to consider handrails on the porch and patio. Great patio and backyard. Good location as it was close to shopping and also to the sites we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming Arvada Home!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Arvada! It is well-maintained, has a great backyard, and is in a great location, less than a mile from Clear Creek Valley Park and less than a 15-minute drive from downtown!

This listing was perfect for our group! Lay out worked out great for multiple groups within our family. Lots of extra amenities (including plenty of towels), perfect location and the owner was great. Would definitely stay again!

Home away from home!

We had a wonderful week at this clean and comfortable home away from home in Arvada! Quick access to downtown Denver and local neighborhood parks, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely book again on our next trip to the Denver area!

Great Stay

This house was the perfect stay for our group. The kitchen, restrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked. The house was clean and tidy, and there were festive decorations for the holiday season. The property manager was prompt in responding to our messages. We would stay here again!

Great house!

We stayed here while we worked at the national western Stockshow. It was nice to come home very night to a cozy house, there was plenty of room for all of us and the downstairs living area was great! There are two kitchens, so it made it easy for everyone to make their meals. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything a family could want. Had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs and downstairs was decorated nicely. The basement added a lot of extra space to hang out. The backyard would have been great to hang out in had it not been for winter. We felt very safe in the area. We found several restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in the area. The landlord was easy to reach to answer questions. Yes, we would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Great house!!

Came to the Denver area to celebrate a friends birthday, and this house worked out perfectly for us! It’s in a great area, we felt safe and comfortable at all times in the neighborhood. The house is well appointed and kept up, we had everything we could have needed! Everyone enjoyed the backyard and playing some basketball as well as the ping pong table in the basement! We only had a couple questions during our stay and Billy was very responsive and helpful! Would have no issues staying here again if I was coming back to the area!

Great stay in Arvada

We loved it. The back yard was perfect for the toddlers and 4 year old to play. The swing set was a big hit. The adults enjoyed the ping pong table after the kids went to bed. Everyone said the beds were comfy and the showers were good. The kitchen was well provisioned. There was a bit of a delay getting the code for check in but once we contacted our host, everything was very smooth. Our host was quick to respond to any queries we had. The location was great for our needs. We were there to see our newest granddaughter, niece and cousin. We will stay again if we all come to Denver at the same time. Thank you.

Beautiful spacious well kept home

Big Family reunion and daily commute to surrounding cities for 12 days for a softball tournament. This spot offered us a spacious yet cozy family oriented space to relax and have fun once our daily duties were complete. The backyard was beautiful and just right for the kids. We had a couple of small concerns which were addressed immediately by the owner. We appreciate their friendliness and attention to our needs. Im hoping this can become an annual spot for our summer trips to Colorado!

Amazing location! House fully stocked with kitchen necessities, and games for all ages.

The house is in an amazing location! Love how each bedroom basically has a bathroom. Tons of room seating in kitchen area. Love the range of games to include all ages. Unfortunately house was not clean. My kids feet were black within minutes of arriving and playing in the house. Crumbs were found in basement bed. Hair found on several towels and master shower was dirty. We even found socks under the bed.

Space for everyone

We traveled to Denver for a wedding and had several family members from different states stay with us, 4 - families (9 people). Don't let the small house exterior fool you. This wonderfully located home had basement bedroom had windows that were large and invited the light in, giving the feeling that you were on the first floor. There was a huge laundry room, full bath and small kitchenette also in the basement.Upstairs you enter into a spacious and inviting area, with room enough for everyone to be able to sit together. There is a wonderful and the most fully equipped kitchen I have seen in this type of rental where a note was left with an offer to help ourselves' to items as needed. This house was kind of centrally located to the areas that we checked out while in Denver for the wedding. The Red Rocks Ampitheater for a concert was fantastic and one of the areas I would list as a must see.

Home away from Home

Great location - approachable to common places of interest- RMNP, Colorado Springs/Pikes peak or redrock amphitheater or downtown. It is away from the airport- keep ample time to drive back as it can get trafficky + airport security lines can be longer (even TSA Pre). Home is spacious- you get everything you need for a comfy stay. Beds are queen sized. Bathroom may need little attention ( shower faucet shaky, toilet roll holder missing) but nothing you can't live without. Basement is a relaxation pad- standard TT table, games, large TV + one bedroom set that can be used. Backyard also well appointed - swing, slide for the kids + basketball hoop. Best part of the home - not overtly busy with stuff and you get the sense of ample free space. Will return any day :)
