Sea Rocket 18 ligger på andra våningen på byggnadens södra sida och är helt uppdaterad! Kom och njut av en vacker och avkopplande semester vid stranden. Denna enhet har ett fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit, plattplattor i rostfritt stål och apparater i rostfritt stål i full storlek. En dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa gör detta utrymme bekvämt för upp till fyra gäster. Denna enhet har också ett badrum i full storlek.

Sea Rocket byggdes 1950 och är en pärla i ett komplex beläget i North Redington Beach där stranden helt enkelt är bländande! Sea Rocket är ett litet (30 individuellt ägda enheter) komplex där lägenheterna är små, söta, rena och helt möblerade och utrustade för kortare vistelser eller längre vistelser. Det finns också ett tvättstuga på plats. Det är en charmig, prisvärd semesterplats bara några steg från den vita pulverformiga sanden och orörda vattnet i Mexikanska golfen. Här kan du njuta av hisnande solnedgångar, promenader på stranden och fantastisk beskjutning.

Det finns en stor täckt uteplats med utsikt över stranden med massor av solstolar, en BBQ-grill och shuffleboard för användning under din vistelse. Färgglada Adirondack-stolar är avslappnat placerade runt fastigheten för att läsa, snoozing eller umgås med det unika samhället som är Sea Rocket!

Redington Shores gränsar till North Redington Beach i norr, Madeira Beach i söder, Intracoastal Waterway i öster och Mexikanska golfen i väster. Redington Beach är främst ett bostadsområde vid vattnet, och staden är ungefär 1 kvadrat kilometer stor. Staden North Redington Beach ligger i hjärtat av solkustens strandsamhällen halvvägs mellan Clearwater i norr och St. Pete Beach i söder.

Redington Shores ligger bara 30 minuter från Tampa International Airport och erbjuder enkel tillgång till alla större städer och attraktioner i Tampa Bay-området. Clean, adorable and comfy!

This property was amazing. You couldn’t get more convenient to the beach and this unit is one of the nicer ones on the property. It was beautiful and spacious.

Home away from home

I am in the Redington area multiple times a year to visit family. I am intentional about staying at small quaint efficiencies on the beach and this unit did not disappoint. The bed was cozy, the shower pressure was great, the appliances were all full size, the closet space was incredible. All my needs were met here. The neighborhood is spectacular with so much to do if you feel like venturing out. But if I’m being honest, it’s hard to leave the beautiful Gulf of Mexico steps from the door. The sunsets never get old…I will be back!

Quiet Beach

I love the old school feel, bringing back the '50s original glory. Back when it was a beach before everything became touristy. Back to my childhood.

Nice location and quiet property

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at the Sea Rocket. We enjoy this area and like the quietness of the property. Unfortunately we experienced an issue upon arrival within the unit. The A/C unit was not working so the management company was contacted. By the time they contacted us with their solution we had already fully moved into the unit. We were offered to move to a different unit until the A/C could be repaired or remain in our unit where we could "just turn the fan on and open the windows since it isn't that bad out." Moving did not sound appealing as it was getting later and we had just traveled 24 hours so we stayed put but were not comfortable with the low windows being opened during the night. This seemed like a safety issue to us. Maintenance was able to replace the unit on day 2 of our trip but they also had to come back on the 3rd day to wrap up the job. The maintenance man was incredibly nice and I have nothing negative to say about him personally, but 3 out of our 7 days were inconvenienced by this issue. In addition, I would have assumed that the fully equipped kitchen would include dishes but there were no plates or bowl in the unit and the shower fixture was not in good working condition. The knobs fell off and were difficult to operate correctly. We chose this unit because it was updated but were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness and the malfunctioning of the items discussed above.

Beach rental

I only gave contact a 3 with the prop mang, because I never was in contact with anyone during the whole process, until the end. I checked in “after hours” and hooked online. The place itself was fantastic. Loved how accessible it was to the beach! First time in FL, and it was a win from us. Thank You!

Great cozy little room

Mother daughter get away weekend

Very clean and decorated nicely. Access to beach easy. People staying there very friendly. Would stay there again. Parking on site limited to one car but knew that up front.

Cute studio unit small but nicely laid out with a full bed and sleeper sofa.

Property mgmt located close by for easy check-in and out. 10am check out is a little earlier then I have experienced with other rentals. Location of property is fantastic as it’s right on the beach & walking distance to places to eat. I’ would definitely book this place again!

Enjoyed our stay, but property management (V Trips) was horrible. Room ( not a “condo”) was on 2nd Floor not ground level as stated. Was given run around when we went to rental office to get keys- employees had no idea what they were doing and argued amongst themselves. Property was nice overall and location is great.

Not clean - poor follow through

We arrived to our rental late and quickly realized that it was not cleaned from the previous renter. The bed was unmade, the kitchen counters were dirty, there were dirty towels in the bathtub, and the previous renter's information packet was still on the table. We attempted to call the "24-hour line" and finally spoke to someone in New Jersey at 11:30 pm who told us "there is nothing we can do." Our vacation was soured from this experience. We went to the rental office the next morning and while all staff members seemed to be "understanding" we were told otherwise by the maintenance department at the unit. Our experience was not the first of a condo not being cleaned and that those who would be cleaning were "sketchy" otherwise. We removed our belongings when it was finally cleaned. We were also guaranteed a return call that day with information about a refund due to our experience. No call was ever received. We did get an email stating we would be getting our cleaning fee refunded however this has yet to come through. After another hour on the phone with the rental company we were told we would be getting a call back, again we wait. We will never stay at a property through this company again. Poor customer service and terrible follow through.
