Vi köpte den här egenskapen i oktober 2013 och slutförde renoveringen av inredningen under lågsäsong. Hemmet är helt uppdaterat med ny inredning, inredning, central luft, VVS och el.

Stugan ligger i ett idealiskt läge, en kort promenad till stan, färjan, norra stranden stränder och cykelleder. Det finns en privat bakgård omgiven av en häck där du kan sitta på däck och titta på barnen leka på gräsmattan. Stugan har en nivå levande, 2 sovrum med eget badrum, och en master svit som är skild från resten av stugan med en sluten breezeway.

Great Location, Great Stay

We loved our stay at Sue Casa! The property is beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. The location cannot be beat with just a short walk to town. We will stay here again for future visits.

Great Pick

Absolutely charming home within easy walking distance to town, lighthouse, children’s beach, etc. Definitely more spacious than it appears. Large, comfortable, en suite bedrooms. Cute yard!

Fabulous find! Walkable to town, this well laid out cottage was everything our group of 6 (5 adults, 1 toddler) needed. We loved the airy decor, plus the deck and small backyard added to the overall spacious feel. The bus to jetties beach stops along the Beach Rd which is handy if you do not have a car. The kitchen is well supplied and the gas grill was great. Beds were ultra comfy and the owners have added thoughtful touches throughout. We’ll be back!

Great stay

We spent 2 weeks here with the family and this location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, down town and shops. On a private dead end lane which was great for kids to run and play. We will be visiting again. Excellent hosts and clean house.

Wonderfully special summer vacation

We had the most wonderful stay at Sue Casa. Everything was up to date and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed walks into town multiple times a day while being able to easily skirt around town traffic to drive out to the beaches. The house had everything we needed to enjoy dinners at home, time at the beach, and restful nights. The perfect Nantucket summer cottage, thank you!

Favorite Week of the Year!!!!

I love this house. This was our second time renting it and it’s clean, convenient and perfect for our family. The proximity to town and Jetties and Steps Beach is great! I’m already counting down the days until the 2025 dates open up and I can book our week - or maybe two! Owners are very nice and were super responsive to a few silly questions I had.

Even better than the pictures!

What a great spot!! The house was very clean, cute and close enough to town to walk a few times. We loved the Sonos system for playing music in the living room and master. The umbrellas the owner provided came in handy! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed for our short stay. The owners are very quick to respond. Thank you!

Island perfection

Really felt much more like staying at a friend’s house than a rental. Everything about this house was perfect. Great layout. Great kitchen. Roomy bedrooms. Great outdoor space. I could not have felt more at home. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Perfect Week at "Sue Casa"

We spent a week at this property in June and we had a lovely time. The kitchen is well stocked with items you may need during the week and the grill works great! Beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room and the yard. The location was perfect for a quick walk into town each day or just a 5 minute walk to Jetties Beach and Brant Point.

Fantastic Home Close to Town

Our family had an amazing week in this home. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great with a short walk to Jetties Beach and Town Center. We have 3 kids ages 11 to 15 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Will definitely rent it again. T & k from Westchester NY
