Njut av en lyxig öppen planlösning i detta nybyggda 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, Ocean City andelslägenhet med keramiska plattor golv i vardagsrum och heltäckningsmatta sovrum. Imponerande Granit bänkskivor accent ett fullt utrustat kök med rostfria vitvaror. Denna enhet har en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare och centrala luft och värme. Icke-rökare, inga husdjur.

Köket ser in i vardagsrummet med en trevlig bekväm soffa och stol inför en elektrisk spis och 42 "HD LCD-TV monterad över toppen med en Blu-Ray och DVD-spelare.

Vad sägs om din egen balkong med en vacker utsikt över Isle of Wight Bay. Ta en plats på en av balkong stolar och uppsättningen din drink ner på en av balkongbord. Nu börjar din semester!

Winter trip

We come to ocean city md 5 times a year.This was by far the best place we stayed in ocean city maryland. The owner was very nice.the place was very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely come back.

The sunsets to remember

The responsive, down-to-business host; the well maintained and quiet building; a compact, but squeaky clean, all-you-need apartment. And, the Bay sunsets, oh these sunsets, ranged from fantastic down to 'simply spectacular'. And, the Taphouse three blocks away, with the draft sours and hot pretzels. Welcome to a paradise!

Comfortable stay

Condo was perfect , no complaints at all! Beautiful bay view from our balcony. The building it’s self can use a face lift,Indoor pool was ice cold.. the beach and boardwalk was quite far, thank god for free parking almost everywhere!

Great beach stay

Nice view of the bay, and nice to have the balcony shaded. The beach was an easy short walk, bus stop to the boardwalk was very close. Condo was quiet and family friendly, we used the pool tables and the pool. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Relaxing/Enjoyable Vacation

Check in was easy, property clean and decor beachy. The first issue was when we first got off the elevator there was an overwhelming burning smell. There was a maintenance man outside a unit and said he was "burning" something earlier and apolgized for the smell. When we entered the unit there also was another odor - kind of weird smell I couldn't place. However, the odor was only at the front door and not in the unit itself. The inside of the unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and views were pretty - if you looked to the left and not straight ahead to see the hotels next door. Also, I had an issue with the water and I called Drake and he immediately instructed me on what I needed to do. There are written instructions on the refrigerator, but I didn't see them before calling. The main issue I had was the pool was closed for maintenance. This is one of the main reasons I booked this unit was the heated indoor pool. The pool did open near the end of our stay, but still wasn't as warm as I would have liked. Would I stay in this unit again or rent from this owner again? YES! It was well worth the price due to the comfort and attentiveness of the owner.

Makai condo

Pictures were exactly how the unit looked. Condo was clean. Great view from the balcony. Excellent location. Short drive to restaurants, boardwalk, and amusement park. Walking distance to the beach. Would’ve liked an outdoor pool. Only downfall to condo.

Great spot for small families!

The property is perfect for a small family! The two bedroom setup is perfect for those with children and who want a little privacy. Very cozy and well maintained. Good view of the bay. Drake is very courteous and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful condo

My husband and I and another couple come down for the car show in October every year. The condo was very clean and comfortable and felt like home. Drake was very nice from the very start and even followed up after we had checked out. Loved the bay view. We look forward to renting this condo again next year!

My wife and I met in Ocean City and got engaged on the Ferris Wheel down by the inlet.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Location, Location, Location.. Plus the section of beach out in front of the Makai has sand dunes. For some reason, the beach is just not complete without sand dunes. :)

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Rainy days are not a problem at the Makai. There is plenty to do. Whether it is; relaxing by the indoor/outdoor pool and sundeck, sitting in the sauna, shooting a game of pool in the billiards room, or maybe working off a few calories in the fitness center. It's all here!
