Nyrenoverat och redo att njuta! Renoveringen inkluderar en komplett ombyggnad av två nivåer däck, inklusive glasbalustrader för att maximera 180 graders vyer. Helt nya enorma glasstakdörrar har också lagts till för att föra utomhus i vardagsrum och matsalar. De huvudsakliga badrum, toalett och pulver rum har också blivit fullständigt renoverade.

Förmodligen en av de bästa vyerna på halvön. Beläget på kanten av kusten strax nära Mount Martha Pillars, har denna fastighet panoramautsikt över 180 graders utsikt från Melbourne CBD till Queenscliff.

Vi har en SALT-klorinerad soluppvärmd pool ...

Och en massa EXTRA FACILTIES inklusive DVD, brädspel, 80-tals spelmaskin, inklusive 100 spel som pacman, Space Invaders och Galaga. Och ett bordtennisbord.

De 180 graders utsikterna på sommaren tar det bästa av havet från staden till huvudet medan du förbiser den kristallklara poolen! På vintern kan du se stormarna rulla in medan du spelar monopol på däcken. Alla däck är utrustade med både takmarkiser och sidofält vilket gör utrymmet användbart under det mesta av året oavsett vilket väder Melbourne kastar på oss.

Great venue for all weathers

We enjoyed the big space and convenient location, particularly because the weather was a bit fickle for our stay. The family room was a real boon. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Easter 2024

We had the most amazing stay!! Belinda and Jamie have a beautiful home that is great for families to go away and enjoy. The views are amazing, and they are so friendly to communicate with. There was ample room for the 7 of us and the pool was a hit for the kids. The renovations they have done make the house feel clean and welcoming. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place, with views of bay, but needs LOTS of TLC

Loved our stay, the view is wonderful and Belinda is so nice and easy to deal with. But there are so many problems and things that don’t work, I feel bad for even saying it. No lights in any of toilets/bathrooms, very dangerous at night, window winders don’t work, couldn’t get oven to work but could be doing something wrong. The corner kitchen cupboard is falling apart and off hinges. Most of taps, showers, had issues with loud noises and leaking washers. ‘Games room’ is disappointing, and no table tennis table. Everything needs a good clean and lots of maintenance. But we still enjoyed our time there. I don’t think the property owner is aware of some things and should sack cleaner and gardener! Would go again if things are cleaned up a bit, we spent a lot of time cleaning before using some facilities. But lovely views, beds are great (no electric blankets though, we took extra bedding), and good communication.

A Happy Reunion

Belinda's property proved to be just the place for our family reunion. With one daughter and her 2yo twins from Osaka, Japan, another daughter and her partner from Sydney, and the Melbourne crew getting together for a lovely weekend. It was a special time for us all. The house was very clean, the beds were extra comfortable and the the kitchen had everything we needed. The newly installed heating system was fantastic on this cold and windy weekend. And the views of the bay were delightful. Belinda was on the ball with quick responses and we appreciated the opportunity for a late check out. Highly recommended!

A lovely stay with an amazing view of the water

We just got back from such a lovely stay at this property. The 180 degree water view was just stunning and made for such a relaxing stay. We absolutely loved it and would go back when we get the chance.

Stunning views but some maintenance needed

Enjoyed our time at the house. Despite the cooler weather we managed to have a swim in the pool. Clear instructions were given on how to run things. Beds comfortable, could have had some extra covers as a bit cool. Front bedroom bathroom needing renovation, bathroom and shower taps needing fixing it replacing. Kitchen cupboards vinyl and hinges falling off, kitchen table laminate coming apart. Fixed latch on deck sliding door as had come loose. Carpet looking tired, some stains. Kids couldn't get the playstation to work.Apart from those things which are easily fixed , we loved the area and the stay.

It’s a good holiday house the location is perfect. We needed more pots and pans.

Excellent property to stay nice view . Feed back should have more pots and pans and the tap in the powder room and in the main bathroom were leaking.

The perfect getaway

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The view was to die for. We sat out on the balcony watching the water all day, it was so relaxing! The house has EVERYTHING you could need, lots of games and entertainment! There is so much to do around Mt Martha, even in winter. The host was so easy to deal with and genuinely cared about our comfort in the home! We LOVED it. We will be back!

Lovely home with stunning views

We had a wonderful stay at the house, partly because of the spectacular 180 degree views and breathtaking sunsets, but also the house, although not new, felt very comfortable - much like staying at a friends’s place. We purchased this beautiful piece of paradise in late 2014 and have been enjoying it in between rentals since then. Living in this property for chunks over the last decade made us super clear of what we needed to do when renovating to bring this place to life. The house is very family friendly. We have two young daughters and hope to attract families like ours to stay and experience quality family moments. We include many additional resources to make the stay easy and enjoyable.
