Great location on Pensacola Beach

Perfect location while in town to visit family. Beautiful property. Very well maintained. Lots of room! And not too far from downtown PNS. There was construction going on in the development. So there was some of that noise/activity, but they didn’t start too early, and they wrapped up at 5. I would stay here again.

Convenience at its best!!

The property was perfect for our family. Every couple had their own bed/bathroom. Family area was perfect size. A grill of some kind would have been nice but overall everything was furnished.

Excellent Location

The location of the condo was amazing! Steps away from the beautiful beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, eat snacks and have coffee in the morning. Would have liked to have more plastic glassware to use out on the patio. Overall, excellent rental for us and our grownup kids.

Beach and Bathrooms

There were 2 couples and my mother staying and we were all very happy to have our own bathrooms. Also balcony plus easy beach access across the boardwalk. On the day we were supposed to check out the offered us and extra day for a minimal price since they didn’t have another renter that day and we stayed an extra day. Lovely time, thanks!

Beach family vacation

Check in too late in the day. Check out is too early. A noon or 1 pm checkout is best. No lights on the walkway to the beach. Overall the condo is best for grown children and their wives. We had a nice stay but the check out is too rushed that early. Hotels give us a 1 pm checkout and usually let us check in early. The beach walkway is missing a nottoni step. Parking was an issue since the three couples came from three different states.

Great condo for multiple parties!

This condo unit has 3 bedrooms with king sized beds AND 3 full bathrooms! It also included 2 designated parking spots, 1 in a garage and the other right at the entrance to the condo. Perfect location to the east of where Hwy 399 crosses over to Pensacola Beach. This side has less traffic. Access to the beach is directly out of the front door. 2 balancies, both look directly at the beach. I will certainly book this condo again!

Very Poor Experience

DO NOT STAY HERE. There is construction on the building and it is HORRIBLE. This has been the absolute worst condo experience EVER. I am the farthest thing from a “Karen” but we came on a family vacation to relax and we could not even watch television for the noise of the jack hammer of the MAN DRILLING ON OUR BALCONY WHILE WE STAYED HERE EVERY SINGLE DAY. We couldn’t use our full condo nor enjoy it the entire time we were here. The workers started from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Nonstop. Not a moment’s peace. We were told there was construction on the building, but we didn’t know there would be a human being on put balcony all day long working and using a jack hammer all day every day. These rooms should not be available until construction is completed. I truly feel bad for anyone staying here anytime soon. There was a LAMP in one of the bathrooms for light. There was something stuck in the garbage disposal when we arrived and we had to get it out. When we called about the light in the bathroom someone literally brought ANOTHER lamp. The bathrooms were NOT clean. Our cheer competition was moved to another day for later in the day and we asked if we could check out an hour or 2 later and NO, they couldnt do that because “they had to have time to clean the condo before the next guest comes.” Nobody offered any type of additional accommodations for these inconveniences. It was outrageous. EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated the entire time. We were here for a cheer competition and will likely come back to Pensacola for a competition next year but we will NEVER stay here again nor will the other families that stayed with us. The ONLY good thing was the communication with Pensacola Beach Properties (Sammy, Melina, Audrey, Sara), they all did a great job.
