På Victorias berömda Great Ocean Road ligger detta rymliga hus bara 900 meter från den populära Point Roadknight Beach, och med 7 sovrum och 4 badrum är det fantastiskt för flera familjer eller grupper på upp till 14 personer - gott om plats att sprida ut och inte mer än 2 personer per sovrum.

Våra två våningar strandhem har separata bostadsområden på varje nivå, var och en har ett modernt fullt utrustat kök, matplats och stor öppen planlösning. Allt du behöver göra är att dyka upp - allt linne och badlakan tillhandahålls utan extra kostnad.

Med sju sovrum och fyra badrum fördelade på båda nivåerna är One95 Family Beach House perfekt för att rymma bara en familj på övervåningen eller flera familjer på båda nivåerna. Varje sovrum sover bara 2 personer, vilket ger gott om utrymme och avskildhet för upp till 14 gäster.

Stora främre och bakre varv, det finns gott om utrymme för barnen att leka inklusive cubby house och gungor, och är helt inhägnad.

En carport och en cirkulär uppfart i trädgårdsmiljö ger gott om parkeringsplatser.

Två stora däck, ett på framsidan mot sydost med havsutsikt får morgonsolen, medan ett skyddat däck på baksidan mot nordväst har eftermiddagsolen och ger våra gäster en stor chans att njuta av utomhusliv under sin vistelse.

Vedeldad värmare, gasvärmare och split-system håller dig mysig på vintern.

Sängkläder, linne och handdukar tillhandahålls för din bekvämlighet.

För din underhållning tillhandahåller vi full tillgång till internet, böcker, vuxen- och barnspel, leksaker och Bluetooth-högtalare.

Family group large

The property had everything we needed. Lots of room ,lots of bathrooms. Grandchildren loved the garden and downstairs play area. Clean great location. We will be back.

Great house for multiple families

Great large house that suited our large group of three families with lots of bathrooms, two kitchens, two lounge rooms and multiple outdoor areas and decks. Also a view of the beach and great location near point roadknight.

Fantastic house for a group stay experience

This property is brilliant. Great location, very homely with everything a group could want. It is spacious, clean, and well resourced. There are 11 separate beds, across 7 bedrooms, as well as 3 living spaces and 2 kitchens which is hard to find. The garden and land space was huge. We loved our stay here.

Australia Day break

We were a group of 12 and everyone had a great time. The 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were exactly what we needed. The house was very clean and the property was large enough for the 5 cars we had. Thanks to the property owner (Paul) for allowing us to get in at 1 pm.

Family weekend away

Excellent property for our extended family to share precious time together. Excellently appointed and Paul the owner so accommodating, helpful and considerate in these trying times when the pandemic changes conditions. All our family loved the house and are looking forward to a return visit.

The photos of this property does not do it justice. Its a beautiful light filled house with 2 kitchens plenty of bathrooms and toilets. Verandas and beautiful balcony. We sincerely loved it. We recommend the owners take new pictures as the house is MUCH Better than shown on the internet. Neat as a pin. Loved it Jörgen and Georgia

perfect weekend retreat

I held a women's retreat in the house. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs for workshops and yoga. The rooms were heated and linen was provided. This would also be a great holiday house for three families with kids.

Welcoming host and clean spacious house in quiet location

Owners of this property are very kind and thoughtful with timely communication all the way through. We really enjoyed our stay. We did have a little concern about the noise from main road before we came, actually it turned out to be quiet both during the day and night.

Perfect for our stay

What an amazing house, we were a group of 12 adults staying in Anglesea fir the Surf Coast Century race. There was plenty of room for us all in this extremely clean and well equipped house and I would highly recommend it for groups up to 14. Many thanks also to our host for the later checkout

One of the best holiday houses I've stayed at, everything you could want or need at your fingertips.

Had a wonderful time at Pauls property... Thank you for letting us stay :). We took a group of children to a surfing carnival, the layout of the house was perfect for us 2 children per room and staff having large beds on both levels... Very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there. Would also be perfect for a couple of families. Will definitely be staying here again! The chocolates were a nice touch, the kids loved them and the Wi-Fi was also an added bonus to keep them entertained.

What a great place! A real home away from home!

We had a large group and still didn't fill all of the rooms! This place is perfect for large groups or 2 families to stay and can be totally separate from each other! There is 2 of everything although we all congregated to the top level for our communal meals and hang outs while the kids played downstairs. Caters well to kids with a play area indoors and outdoors. This house has been one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in and has really comfortable beds and pillows. It has everything you will ever need, just bring your beach towel and you are all set! Easy walk to the patrolled clean beach, we all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay but all wanted to stay longer! We will be back. Thanks for letting us stay!
