1 Bed Cottage, Full Remodel, Beach Access #7, Walk to Village 5 min, 2 AC UNITS!

One Bedroom and One Full Bathroom with 2 AC Units. Sleeps Three With Comfort.

This unit was completely remodeled after hurricanes Helene and Milton. We are finished with the remodel. We do not allow pets at The Cottage.

The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1 Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key.

If you are looking for some lunch after a day at the beach, walk out the front door of The Siesta Key
Beach Cottage and head around the corner up to the Village. There you will find any type of food
you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite
cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.

There are some chairs and lounge chairs on the patio.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off any sand from the beach before entering the unit.

This is not a condo.

..it is a Beach Cottage
.

You will not find a cooler place on the Key to enjoy your vacation.

Lovely Getaway

Great beach cottage

My wife and I visited the property for our honeymoon and were extremely happy with it. The location is perfect for both a short walk to the beach as well as all the wonderful restaurants in siesta key. All of the accommodations were great and I would happily recommend this place to others.

Perfect stay in Siesta Key

This is one of our favorite places to stay. It's a perfect location on Siesta Key and the little cottage is a perfect size for a week long stay. We rarely used the car and walked to town and to the beach from this spot. We will stay here again! Thank you.

Perfect for R&R

We absolutely fell in love with this cute cottage. We loved the location since it was close to the beach and walking distance to the village! Our “private” area was a blessing. My daughter also fell in love with your couch - if she could have brought it home she would. It just met all our needs of the much needed R & R.

Siesta Get-Away

The beach cottage was just what we needed. The fact that your willing to allow a family pet makes your place even more special to us. We forgot our dog's food bowl and you had dog bowls in your pantry wow! The place was tastefully decorated and we easily walked to many places. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Would Stay Again!

The place was perfect for just myself and my partner. It was as advertised, and fit all our needs. It was very clean and felt so refreshing every time we stepped inside. It had all the amenities we could need (and more). The only thing I didn’t realize when booking is that the laundry facilities are not in unit, but on the property
 which was fine. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Perfect place!

Had a wonderful stay in this cottage! Beautifully decorated and updated to the tee! Bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied
kitchen accessories, bath towels, beach chairs, etc. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach across the street. AC worked like a charm on very hot Florida days. No complaints!

Everything you will need all in one!

We had an amazing time in Siesta Key! The property owner is very accommodating and supplies great beach supplies! We were able to use the property beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler! House was very clean and everything you need is there
extra blankets, linen etc. thank you for a great stay! We plan to visit again! For anyone staying at this property, be sure to use the free trolley to get around

Cute Cottage

This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Dave’s cottages. They are both lovely. This time we were able to bring our dog with us and he loved sitting out with us in the morning on the patio. The cottage is immaculate. I’m sure we’ll return again.

Spring Break 2023

My wife and I recently stayed at this property while our son was with his friends nearby. A very cute cottage located in close proximity to the beach and village. One minor issue with the AC, however it was quickly resolved and communication was excellent. I would not hesitate recommending to another couple or renting again in the future!

Mountain trips are great but nothing comes close to a sunset on the beach.

We love Siesta Key and want to retire there in the future. For now, we are sharing our piece of paradise with you.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Private parking on site,walk across the street to Siesta Beach! A short 5 min walk to The Village that is filled with shopping, food, drinks, coffee bars and more. This is not a typical Florida beach condo. No elevators, you are not sharing the complex with 1,000 other people or fighting for a parking spot. Dedicated parking, ground floor entry, private patio and fully renovated. This will truly feel like a home away from home. With 2 AC units you will always be comfortable on your vacation.
