Välkommen till Seaside Villas # 120 !! Detta 1 sovrum / 1 badrum är en enhet från direkt vid havet. Det har en fantastisk havsutsikt från vardagsrummet och balkongen och ligger bara några steg till stranden.

Denna vackra villa har ett fullt utrustat pentry inklusive en slät toppklass, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och kylskåp med ismaskin! Alla apparater är i rostfritt stål. Cherry Bordeaux-skåp, bänkskiva i granit, under monteringsfat och Grohe-kran kommer du att glädja!

Badet har totalrenoverats också med en valnötfänga med en granit topp, alla Grohe fixturer, Kohler badkar med anpassade plattor surround.

Sovrummet har en queen-size Sealy Posture Pedic-säng och en stor byrå för alla dina tillhörigheter.

Hela villan har vackra träutseende.

Dessa lägenheter ligger på den norrläge så att du kan se soluppgången på morgonen många tider på året. Du behöver inte heller oroa dig för att eftermiddagssolen slår i fönstren.

Denna villa är sällsynt för Seaside Villas eftersom den har 2 ZONE KLIMATKONTROLL; ett för vardagsrummet / köket och ett för sovrummet. De flesta enheter har bara en hög A / C-enhet i väggen som inte kyler / värmer upp sovrummet.

Mary's condo was very nice and cozy! Perfect for what we were looking for.

Mary was a gracious host, we loved the care package she left us. She checked in frequently to make sure our stay was up to our expectations.

South Forest Beach Condo

The condo was great. Completely updated, very clean, and a perfect place to enjoy the beach. Mary is a great host who makes sure everything is as it should be. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great Condo - Perfect for Two!

We stayed at a condo at Seaside Villas and it was perfect. It looked like the pictures! It was tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of drawer and closet space. There was a large sofa and chair in the living room. The kitchen had everything needed. We will definitely stay here again!

The Best!!

This was our 2nd year in a row staying here. Our experience was again amazing. We love the condo ,and everything about it. My husband, myself, and our 2 children (ages 6 and 9) stayed here. The condo has plenty of room for us all. We love the location. It is close to everything, and right on the beach. Mary has thought of everything you would need when staying here, and always welcome us with a sweet little welcome bucket. I can't begin to say enough about Mary herself. She is so thoughtful, and prompt in replying to you. She is always just an e-mail or text away. We hope to stay here many more times. This is definitely our goto condo for Hilton Head! ~Thanks from the Sword family from TN :)

Great getaway condo

Excellent communication from beginning to end. Everything worked out great. The weather cooperated for the most part. The sunrise was the best part. Very close (walking distance) to Coligny shops and restaurants. If you walk at night I would suggest a flashlight. Crosswalks and sidewalks are not lit at all. Not really an issue but if you have little ones or elderly. Mary was very helpful. The condo was super clean. Would definitely return. The welcome bucket and a few bottled waters was a delightful touch. Thank you Mary.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week except for the fact that our car was it in the parking lot. The landscape crew was there the day it happed. The car was hit in the exhaust and bumper. Only a trailer could do damage like that. Because the property had signs stating it was protected by cameras, I called the office and asked to see footage for the morning. They said there was no such thing too look at. They said the best thing to do was turn it into my insurance company. 3000 dollars and 500 dollar deductible later , here we are.
