Family getaway

This well appointed unit is in a great location, steps from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and large. I'd stay here again!

Awesome time at the beach!

Location is awesome! We live local in OC but felt “vacation miles” away at this beautiful home steps from Newport beach! After we parked upon arrival, all we had to do for anything was simply walk.

Ideal place!!

This is an ideal location- able to walk everywhere - beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants. It has everything you would find in your own home (serving dishes, mixing bowls, 3 different coffee makers, cheese boards, etc) and beautifully decorated!! It was perfect!!

Newport Beach House

The house is in a great location and was very clean and modern. For the cost it lacked basic household items that were not listed until the checkin instructions were sent (i.e Salt/pepper, cooking oil, coffee, blankets other than thin comforters.

Perfect New Port House

We had a great time. Plenty of room. Close to the ocean and boardwalk. We rented bikes from the leasing agents, the bikes were there when we arrived and we left them on the front porch when we left. So easy. They had chairs, sand toys, and a skim board. Perfect New Port house!

Perfect In Every Way!

Our family of 6 absolutely loved this immaculately clean, gorgeous rental that was steps from the sand. With its modern decor and high end finishes, it was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home. This one went above expectations with a beach view from the patio, a gorgeous fireplace for chilly nights, and a great location close to shops, groceries, restaurants and bike rentals. The carport was tight, as stated in other reviews, but we had no problem parking our full size rental there. We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Fresh and relaxing

Location was perfect–half a block from the beach and a walk or bike away from just about everything you might want to eat or do. The unit was impeccably clean with modern furnishings. The beach is beautiful. And the weather is consistently stunning. The only drawback was the parking. The unit does have a parking spot under a carport in the rear, but it is in an incredibly narrow alleyway that makes for the world's most difficult parking job. Most days we gave up and found street parking, which wasn't too difficult. Other than that, it was a complete pleasure. I will say, though that at this price, it would've been nice to be on the beach, rather than just close to it. Bottom line: I have no problem recommending this rental. Enjoy!

Our favorite so far

We had a great stay here :) the unit was perfect for our needs !! The location is great!! Close to a grocery store, restaurants, and the sand! The layout was very open and modern. We also enjoyed the bbq on the front patio and it was amazing:)

Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely LOVED our stay -- the place is steps away from the beach. Clean and comfortable. Just a couple notes for management: WIFI is not good, kitchen needs some love with basic supplies, and not adequate paper towels and toilet paper on sight. But steps away from the store, so not sure if that's a reasonable expectation out there. Besides that, the place was great!
