This is the perfect spot for a peaceful stay. The trip up was no problem, even in a normal sedan. The tiny house was clean and set up well, with everything I needed for a week there. It is in a group with 3 other buildings, but everybody staying there was quiet and kept to themselves, so you wouldn't have known it. You can't beat the views or the quiet evenings. David was responsive before, during, and after my stay. Great experience.

This property is so cute and tucked away! We watched the sunset and the sunrise with some wine, and it was perfect. There’s three other smaller “cabins” on the hilltop but I’ve stayed twice and people are very respectful and quiet. Recommend staying for a couples or solo getaway to relax and recharge!

We enjoyed our stay so much!!Everything was just what we were hoping for, and more. Your directions were perfect! Had no problem navigating for Randy driving.(HE WASN'T SO SURE WHEN WE WERE GOING UP THE MOUNTAIN, THOUGHT I GOT US LOST). WAS A GOOD LAUGH! ONCE AGAIN, WAS A LOVELY GET AWAY! THANK YOU FOR OUR STAY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Weekend getaway!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend trip in Boone. It was so cute and peaceful!! Everything was exactly how it was stated on the listing. Loved it so much and can’t wait to visit again!

The location on top of the mountain provided spectacular views and cool mornings even in July. I would suggest putting a medium sized skillet in the house to use with the convection hot plate. The fridge may need checking also. It took most of three days to cool down. Overall this is a great rental which I think was an outstanding value. I would definately stay here again.

Perfect Place to Relax

I came out for a long weekend and the property was so quiet and peaceful. The home is tiny but perfect for what I needed. The views can be seen from every part of the home and really are something to see. I couldn’t stop looking at them and the sunsets seem to go forever up there. David has worked as an instructor and administrator at ASU and the local community college, while Rachel works in healthcare. The couple have three children, three dogs, and two cats. (In fact, David is no longer allowed by his wife to go to the Humane Society alone.)

David and Rachel enjoy customer service and helping others, and they are happy to be available to you to help you plan your stay in the beautiful North Carolina mountains.
