Super quiet and peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Great location to Blowing Rock and Grandfather Mountain. Our host was super responsive to a failed toaster getting us a new one instantly. Bed was comfortable and linens soft. Kitchen was well organized and had everything we needed. Heater was a little loud but heated the place up quickly. We recommend staying here in the future.

Nice and comfortable. Quiet. Boone and West Jefferson and Foodlion close by.Love the mountains. We love Come back Shack in Boone and The Ashe Cheese Factory in West Jefferson. Try to visit Mt Jefferson the views are wonderful.God be the glory!

We had a very nice time at this location. Our Son was Graduating from App State and he lived off campus. We were minutes from his house and 15 minutes from App State. If you're looking to visit an App State Student, this is the place to stay. You get the mountain feeling and your just outside Boone. Another bonus is you are right next to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We took the Parkway up to Blowing rock and it was a beautiful ride. This place is perfect for a weekend away.

The unit was very clean orderly. the kitchen was well stocked was able to cook our christmas dinner. The bed was very comfortable and overall just enjoyed the stay.

Second time staying here

This was our second time staying and still appreciated the cleanliness and location. The house had everything we needed, easy check in and out, and close to App State campus for a visit with our student.

Great stay close to town

We loved that the property was close to town and easy to get to. The furniture/bed is comfortable and very very clean. No complaints!

We needed a nice, clean, safe place to stay that was close to our son’s camper and this was perfect. It provided exactly what we needed.
