Vårt hem "Sweetpalm" är rymligt och bekvämt med en stor skärmad i uppvärmd pool på en tunnland i ett landskap. Vi är en timme från grindarna till Disney, och cirka sjutton minuter till stränderna. Nära till golf, restauranger, shopping och ekoäventyr av alla slag.

Håll de unga, de stora och de fyra benen glada! Piska enkelt upp läckra måltider i det fullt utrustade gourmetköket. Barnen kommer att underhålla sig i poolen eller spela en omgång badminton eller beankastning. Exceeded Expectations

Where do I begin? The sweetpalm exceeded our expectations. We came down for our son’s 1st birthday and the location was perfect being right off of 95. This home reminded us of our own. It was clean, and plenty of space for our son to use his walker around the house and have his playpen set up. The pool and tiki area is absolutely beautiful and the yard is huge if you have furbabies. The hosts Paula and Tom were top notch. If I had any questions they were there to help even though I rarely had questions since they have everything in detail in their welcome book which was perfectly done. They even left an adorable welcome package for us when we checked in. If you’re wondering if you should book the sweetpalm, don’t hesitate because this is the nicest house in the area. It’s clean and hosts are as sweet as they come. We will definitely be back since we have Family here. They make you feel right at home. We even loved that they had a tv in the kitchen so when we did family breakfast we could watch tv as we cooked. Speaking of cooking they have everything you could possibly need to make cook breakfast and dinner. 5 stars!! I would give more if I could. Thank you Paula and Tom we appreciate you opening up your home to us, we will definitely be back

Awesome property with an amazing host. Also a great private pool!

My wife, daughter, and my self were in town for a softball tournament up at the USSSA Space Coast Complex. This was our 2nd year coming to the tournament. Last year, the worst part of the trip was the property we stayed at. This year, the property was probably the best part of the trip! The house was super cute! And the outdoor area in the back yard, was awesome! Playing softball all day in the FL heat and humidity, then coming back to swim in the private pool, its the only way to go! House had everything we needed for the week, minus some personal items we specifically wanted/needed. Home was very clean. The hosts were just as great as the property. Super fast to respond before and during the stay. Very accommodating on anything we reached out on. This was by far our best VRBO experience yet. Both the host and the property were A+. Highly recommend and if we get invited back for more softball next year, we will most likely try and grab this place up again!

Family Relaxation and Catch up.

SweetPalm is a fabulous property that offered my family a place to reunite and relax with our Oldest son and his family that lives in Melbourne. The layout of the home is terrific to entertain with the great pool and Tiki bar setup. The 8 local grandkids visited daily with our youngest Son and our youngest granddaughter and of course Nana and Opa! We will definitely be back to Melbourne and will always stay at SweetPalm if it’s available! Thanks Darrell & Donna

Great Property

Paula and Tom have a beautiful home. Paula is a great communicator and went above and beyond our expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessed. The kids loved the pool. We would have loved to have spent more time at the Tiki Bar and only didn’t because of the heat and humidity.

10 stars beautiful home and yard!

We had the best week! We stayed with our 3 children 16,14 and 11 and they all enjoyed the pool and we all loved sitting out at the tiki bar. Our dog felt right at home and love the large yard to chase geckos. We will definitely be back and for longer next time. The host was so friendly and accommodating and checked in throughout the week to make sure everything was good.

Wonderful Vacation

Our time here was fabulous! Paula was amazing at making us feel welcomed! My kids absolutely loved the pool and the tiki hut!! It was wonderful! We stayed for the week because my daughter played at Space Coast Softball World Series. It was a quick drive to the fields and great location! Paula was great with any needs that arose! I would come back in a heart beat!

Perfect Spot for a Family Retreat

This property was perfect for our multi-generational stay, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together and have privacy. Our kids loved the pool area, and having the outdoor kitchen was so convenient. Everything in the house is well stocked, and the owners were so helpful in answering any questions and making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location was close enough to major attractions, but the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to stay again in the future!

Oasis in Melbourne

My wife and I stayed here for the entire month of March. We found this property to be very well stocked with all the essentials and so much more. It is located in an older, yet well kept and quiet neighborhood... within minutes of lots of shopping. The area beaches are less than 30 minutes away and are very nice and uncrowded. We found the house to be very relaxing and spent hours outside enjoying the pool and tiki bar area. The owners are very gracious and excellent communicators and were quick to respond any time we had questions. The large yard is very nice and promotes lots of privacy from surrounding houses. The kitchen is very well stocked and we loved cooking indoors and outside at the tiki bar area. We really enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Tiki Treasure!

My husband and I and our 2 adult daughters stayed here for a week while moving our daughter into her college dorm nearby. The house is stocked with everything you could ask for, and is beautiful and comfortable. The tiki area outside is a fun bonus, along with a fire pit and screened in pool area. Communication with owners was great, there is a welcome book that has ALL of the info you need, and we had a fantastic time. We brought our own board games but there were plenty there as well, and the "kids" had a blast with the trunk full of costumes and funny hats. A couple of very very slight negatives are that you don't have access to the closet in the master to hang clothes, but there are hooks on the front of the doors to hang things. Also, there is a skylight in the master bathroom area that spills into the bedroom. If early light wakes you easily, I would bring a sleep mask. Will certainly stay here again! PS. Dont forget to buy fresh eggs from the neighbor! :chefs kiss:

Florida Beach Trip

The house and pool were lovely. Paula was quick to respond to one minor issue we had with the smoke alarm. Paula goes above and beyond to make sure the kitchen is stocked with spices and everything you could need form kitchen essentials to cookware for any imaginable need. The tiki bar and pool set up is wonderful. This was our second stay :)

Paula was wonderful to work with - answered all my questions quickly and extremely helpful with advice on restaurants and activities. Sweetpalm is a beautiful getaway. Fabulous Stay

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give! We had a wonderful stay. This home is fully equipped with all the comforts. The kitchen is amazing, and has every gadget, utensil, food prep, dining ware, and cookware you could ever want! The beds are so comfy. The pool is refreshing. The tiki bar was a favorite gathering spot. Paula made sure we were happy with everything and wanted for nothing! If you’re visiting the Melbourne area, you can’t go wrong with this home!

Second stay

This is our second stay at Sweetpalm. We had such a wonderful time. The updates to the home are just right. The hosts are wonderful and there if you have any questions. Everything is well maintained. The pool is big and we have a blast just hanging out and swimming all day. We spend all year looking forward to our visits to Sweetpalm. You can definitely tell that Paula and Tom put so much time and thought into making everything perfect for their guests.

Baseball tournament

Everything was amazing! We were in town for a baseball tournament. It was perfect! The boys loved having the pool to come back and swim. The yard was perfect for them to burn energy out of the house. The kitchen was the best!!! It has everything you need!! We hope to be back!!

Beautiful vacation home

We spent a week in this Beautiful home and it was spotless when we arrived! The pool was amazing, the Tiki bar and fire pit were super fun and did I mention the 5 star linens and kitchen?! Great communication with host as well. Highly recommend for a family looking to stay in Florida! We did not want to leave!

Amazing Spring Break Getaway!

My family and I stayed @ Sweetpalm for a week during WI spring break. Our kids (8 & 6) LOVED the private pool and eating their meals sitting on the swings at the outdoor tiki bar. Tons of beach towels and pool toys/floats were provided that accounted for hours of fun right in the backward. The communication with Paula was second to none. Very responsive with every thing and even checking in on us to ensure we were settling in. The neighborhood is tucked away so you feel like you’re out in the country. While it’s a short drive to get back to shops, grocery and the highway for our trips to Cocoa Beach and the space cost which were ~40/45min drives from the property. We had an amazing week and highly recommend the property!

Winter get away

Very nice place one of the best I have ever patronized. Very clean, great heated pool, no bugs, great yard for the dog, pellet grill and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Really could not ask for more. Had a few operational questions and Paula and Tom were quick to respond.

Great family getaway

We booked this place as a quiet spot to spend time with our family in Florida, and we couldn't be more happy with our trip. The house is in an old neighborhood and it is very quiet and extremely lovely. The owners have put a substantial investment into the house and it shows. We had four adults and two young children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The first thing we liked was the size of the lot. It is about an acre and that is not common in Florida. The back yard features a large salt water pool which we used all the time, as well as a fire pit, games, and a very cool tiki bar. We loved it all. The location is very central to a lot of attractions without being in the middle of heavy traffic all the time. The inside of the house is as advertised and it is perfect for a group of this size. The owners seem like very nice, considerate people and we enjoyed our conversations with them. We did have one small issue that they resolved immediately. We highly recommend this location for a great family getaway, you will not be disappointed.

The property has a large open indoor space , and large kitchen which is perfect for entertaining. Outside is a screened in pool and outdoor bar. Perfect for for family gatherings.

Hi my name is Paula. I am your host here in Melbourne, Florida. I am a fifth generation Floridian and my husband Tom is from western New York. We have two grown sons, both married to wonderful women and what we believe are two perfect grandchildren.

We have a summer home in south western North Carolina. Tom loves to fish fresh and salt water and we both enjoy golfing.

The summer of 2020 was our first rental season and we were fully booked, we had the most amazing guests and are humbled by the 100% five star ratings we received.

Tom and I fell in love with the Melbourne area and we hope that our guests can experience Melbourne the way we do on a daily basis.

Sweetpalm while being close to everything also provides privacy in a great community. We are on a quite dead end street with friendly neighbors and lots of wildlife.

We enjoy entertaining or just relaxing by the pool or in the large fenced in back yard.
We have wooded trails at the end of our block and we enjoy long walks with our dog, Max, the Yorkie Pooh.
