New kitchen with all the amenities to cook a gourmet meal or if you prefer it is within walking distance of some great restaurants . Claw foot tub to relax in and 2 lovely bedrooms . A living dining space is bright and sunny and is decorated with great detail .Kingston is rapidly becoming the hip section of ulster county and this properties is near the water , art galleries , shops and great places to eat . You will not be bored exploring this vibrant part of Kingston . It is a perfect blend of urban and upstate charm . There is a backyard hot tub which can be used by guests all year round . Pets are welcome , just please let us know you are bringing your 4 legged family members when you book .

Nice rental in convenient location

I'd stay at this rental again. It was clean, well cared for, and conveniently located a short walk to the attractions in the Rondout. The owner, who lives downstairs, was easy to communicate with and responsive to our requests.

Beautiful Artistically Designed Getaway

Ann was a lovely and informative host, while giving us our privacy. Knowing we were celebrating our anniversary, Ann greeted us with fresh flowers. The place is decorated beautifully. I would have bet anything Ann was an artist. Town is within walking distance from great restaurants and friendly people.

Girls Weekend for Rhinebeck Sheep and Wool Festival

This apartment is so cute and large. The decor is professional level. Bathroom is retro and cool. It looks a bit tired but that didn’t affect our visit. Parking on the street was no problem. Check in was a little slow because it was still being cleaned.

The proximity to the downtown area and Rhinebeck are great! Decor in the home was lovely and the host is very responsive, so thankful!

Excellent base for an upstate NY weekend

My wife, dog, and I just stayed here for a long weekend. It was a great property. Conveniently located close to the Kingston Waterfront (less than 10 minute walk), the historic downtown Kingston (10 minute drive), and the NYS Thruway (15 minute drive). The house itself is a spacious 2BR, with a kitchen well-stocked with utensils and cookware. An elegant combination of modern and retro farmhouse style.
