Baywatch C7 is a second-floor walk-up with great views of Pensacola Bay and views of the Gulf of Mexico. This two-bedroom/two-bathroom condo has recently been updated with new furniture, beds, appliances, and kitchen items.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. There is also access to the 96 sq ft balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bunk on bottom with twin on top with a full bathroom just steps away. This unit sleeps 6 people.

Comfortable, cozy leather furniture is the perfect place to watch the game or relax after a day at the beach.

Great place

Great place only issue second bedroom had a different queen bed than pictured. It was a queen bunk bed set up and less comfortable than anticipated but other than that enjoyed our stay!!

The condo was great - very clean, although the tub drains were clogged & we had to clean them out a little. Overall, it was a wonderful place and I'd stay there again.

Great stay!

Nice quiet street. Appreciated covered parking. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen clean. Amenities were great. Just need a little vacuum behind beds and corners and behind couches. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice little Condo

Clean, decently furnished, good view of the bay. Short drive to restaurants, or public beach. Condo property is quiet, and relatively well maintained. The stair climb to the third floor could be a challenge if not in modest physical condition or if carrying much luggage. Overall, good offseason value.

Pensacola Cute

It is a cute place and it was for the most part quiet. The view was good of the bay side. The walk to the ocean side was easy. There were a couple hiccups, the sink & tub drain needed to be cleaned out which management did the next day. The DVD player was not working for some reason, the stairs were not fun with luggage. The fans in the bathroom are loud. Loved the washer & dryer in the unit but it was extremely loud. A tablet of paper & pen would be a good idea. I appreciated the hair dryer & attachments (diffuser). Thanks for the stay and the cookies on our last day were a nice touch of appreciation.

We had a GREAT time; the property was ready for us when we arrived a couple of hours early. Excellent communication with Surfside, awesome people, secure and good WIFI, excellent channel options on TV, overall excellent experience and we would highly recommend. Our only complaint, the tenant above us was really noisy even in the middle of the night, stomping across the floor, sounded like rearranging furniture almost every night. We labeled her crack lady while we were their because she was noisy at all hours. When we were on the deck relaxing, an overwhelming odor of pot would indulge us if crack lady was on her deck too. This is no fault of the rental company as I believe she lives their all the time. Sometimes sounded like a heard of cattle above us at 1-3am, and she had a yappy little dog too. Again, this is no reflection on Surfside, they can't control people who live above this unit. As for this unit, it was very nicely stocked, very clean, and no issues. Surfside is a great company and we will use them again!

Beautiful location

Condo was immaculate. Loved the area - plenty to do. We did get a pretty bad storm during our stay and it would have been nice if the pool had been cleaned up (wind blew debris and dirt into the pool). Also would have been nice to know in advance that this particular building did not have an elevator. We had to carry everything up 4 flights of stairs. Would have been fine for a shorter stay, but we stayed 2 wks and had brought lots of stuff. Also, needed more towels and washcloths. Had to wash/dry every other day.

Spring Break 2024

This was a very nice cozy place to relax after long days in the sun! We loved the board games and the pool was nice! Having the bay view was perfect especially when we couldn’t go out we had a nice view while inside! We will be back

2023 Family Beach Trip

Check in was very smooth. They sent a text letting us know our condo was available before checkin. Condo was clean and well stocked. If you have difficulty climbing staircase, this unit tou have to climb them. Highly recommend it.

1) No paper towels upon arrival 2) hair in tub 3) drains slow and back up 4) kitchen cookware and dishes need to be updated 5) stains in carpet 5) while advertising states “2nd floor”, it is 33 steps up from ground 6) long walk to dumpster for trash

Bucket list visit for father n law/return to where he was stationed

The condo fit our needs perfectly, was very clean and had a beautiful view! We appreciated the covered parking. In addition - the location of the condo was beyond perfect! On the quieter end of Pensacola beach, easy walking to Peg Leg Pete's; Tom Thumbs; across the street to the dog beach was a very nice wooden steps/ramp to the beach. The people we met along the path were very friendly and polite.
