Completely updated and decorated with all the charm of coastal New England, this cottage is perfectly located to serve as home base for all the experiences this community has to offer. Walk to Mothers Beach, KBIA, or the Webhannet Golf Club ( open to the public!). Dock Square, famous for its restaurants and shopping, is just two miles away.

Unbelievable spot! Perfect ocean views and delicious ocean breeze all the time! Hosts were super attentive to the few requests we made while there. Neighbors super nice, walks along the quiet neighborhood or on the beach were just out the front door! Amazing place! Highly recommend and wud definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, lovely location. It is small and snug. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our four day stay. We ended up driving over to Gooches beach, though, because mothers beach was all covered in seaweed.

Great location by the beach with ocean views. The house was in immaculate condition and very well equipped. The property owner/manager was very responsive to our questions. We plan on rebooking for a 2026 visit.

Kennebunk cottage

My two adult daughters & I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay @ this property. Coming from the Midwest, it was a perfect "girls trip." The owners were easy to communicate with before & during our stay. I would recommend this fully-stocked cottage. Don't miss the city trolley tour!!

Noisy

As 4 adults we found our biggest complaint was the noise from the street traffic. Large trucks, dump trucks, concrete trucks, construction ones, pretty much non stop. The deck/porch being in the front of the house made it a problem enjoying being outside. Mother’s Beach was a mess. The day before we arrived we were told the washing machine was broken & couldn’t be fixed that week. Overall we enjoyed our week in Maine but wouldn’t rent here again.

We LOVED this house, perfect location!!!

This is a cute little house in Kennebunk that is just a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed wonderful walks in the neighborhood! The house was very clean and very comfortable! We would definitely stay in this house again!!!

1st floor bedroom and bath has little room to move around bed and in bath. Upstairs very low ceilings and tight spot around bathtub. Good amount of space for 4 people. Was a bit crowded with 5. Loved the location and convenience to beaches.

Great Cottage Close to the Beach

We had a lovely beach week at the cottage. It is in a great location with easy access to the beaches (Mother's, Kennebunk and Gooches) as well as town. We enjoyed exploring Strawberry Island and the beach at low tide. We also rented eBikes (from Mainely Bicycles) and had a great time exploring as long as we were mindful of the traffic. The cottage sleeps a bunch of people quite comfortably. It has a smaller living area and kitchen which worked out OK because the weather was nice and we could take advantage of the front deck space. The hosts were very kind and responded promptly to our inquiries.

Pleasant Stay

Beach Cottage is a lovely, cozy cottage in a convienent location. We spent a lot of time mornings and evenings on the poarch which always had a plasant sea breeze. The beach was a very short walk and Kennebunkport was a few minute drive. The host were very helpful and responsive. We had a problem operating the diswasher and Jay stoppped over in 15 minutes a solved our issue. He is the fire chief and provided great insights into the area.

Great Girls Weekend

Loved the location and the cottage. Cottage is small but wonderful layout so it works. Decoration very nice. Beds comfortable. Loved seeing ocean and great for walking along the waterfront.

Best Location!

We loved our stay at this home. The location is absolute perfection. You are in short walking distance to mothers beach. If you are visiting the area with kids, that is the best beach for children and the home is soooooo close. The home itself was very clean and had very cute decorations. We will miss sitting out on the porch and enjoying the view and beautiful weather. Currently trying to convince other family members to join us at this property next year!

Steps away from Kennebunk’s Mothers Beach, we enjoyed a lovely week in the cozy home on Sea Road. Clean, comfortable and with great views, we enjoyed all Kennebunk had to offer.

Perfect location, cute house!

We loved our stay in this little house, the decor was welcoming and so cute. The location was perfect especially loved walking in the neighborhood and easy location to beaches. We had 4 young adults and 2 middle age parents and though the house was small it worked out very nicely to have space to be together or for privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

Gem of a cottage

We enjoyed our stay in Kennebunk Beach, and Katherine’s cottage was cute and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The cottage’s location is fantastic: close to the water and to town.

Beach Cottage

We enjoyed every minute at this lovely cottage. It felt like home rather than a rental & had everything we needed for our visit, including a beautiful view of the water. We enjoyed daily morning coffee on its sun-filled porch and strolls through its beautiful neighborhood. The location is superb with the beach a few steps away and town a short drive down the street. Communication with the owners was a breeze. We’d definitely visit again given the opportunity!!

Christmas Prelude

This is a lovely home that made for a perfect stay for 3 friends to enjoy the Christmas Prelude. It is a great location and exactly as described. With views of the ocean and Kennebunkport and Kennebunk close by, we enjoyed all the area offers in the holiday season.

Second Time Around

A friend and I stayed here in April of 2022 and loved the place so much we came back again with a friend who missed out on our first visit. The location is perfect for walking in the neighborhood or along the beach. The place is charming and has all you need for a comfortable stay. We just might have to come back again for a third time!

Welcome to Kennebunk! My husband and I have deep roots in this community; he grew up and went through school in Kennebunk, and together we chose to raise our four children here. We think this is an incredibly special place, and love sharing it with guests from all over the country and world. We both work full time and continue to live nearby in the antique farmhouse my husband grew up in. One day, we'll retire to our little cottage by the sea. Until then, its yours to enjoy!
