This 2-story wonderfully located spacious home with hardwood floors and air conditioning. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and enjoy! When you walk in the front door you can go up a few steps to the kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Or you can walk a few steps down to the other living area where you will find a king bed, bunk bed, and a living area with TV. There is another bedroom/office, a bathroom and laundry room. It is within walking distance of downtown and Lazy G Brewhouse! Located in the pines and close to hiking trails and nearby lakes for fishing and kayaking. You will have plenty of shops and restaurants downtown to check out and enjoy a beverage on our Famous Whiskey Row. You will enjoy the great deck and covered patio for entertaining! It sits on a corner lot with great access, and fenced backyard. Your kids and pets are welcome to come too!

Excellent location and great hosts. Will consider staying here again when visiting Prescott.

Fun get away in the little big house

This home has room for everyone! Two families could stay in this home as there are so many beds. The house is not huge and looks small from the outside but the multi - levels, great balcony off the upstairs living room and fenced yard make it a comfortable home for everyone. Great movie selection, smart tv's both upstairs and downstairs. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice friendly neighborhood location. Easy walk to a local restaurant- Lazy G brewery with great food. We will be back!

Great location near downtown Prescott!

My husband and I just finished an enjoyable almost 3 month stay at the Canyon Springs house. We are frequent visitors to Prescott from the MidWest and stay for extended periods of time. This VRBO property is maintained by a property management team. There were a couple little glitches in the beginning of our stay, however, the Property Manager took care of our questions and problems immediately. The house is comfortable and has enough beds to accommodate a large family. The upstairs TV is new and the downstairs TV is newer as well (my husband is an avid TV watcher). The kitchen has lots of frying pans and smaller pots up to a 5 quart size which is adequate, but it really needs at least one larger 7-8 quart pot if you are going to make soup, etc for a crowd. So if you know you will need a larger pot for a special meal, I recommend you bring one or ask the property management team to supply a pot. The washing machine and dryer are newer models and work excellent. The decor and furniture are nice. The Lazy G Brewhouse is right down the street and easily in walking distance. This is a great place to get a bite and a drink. Our food was always excellent. You can’t beat just walking down the street for their Sunday afternoon music and good food! We were hoping to return in March for a couple of months, but unfortunately, a priority matter has come up and we had to cancel our plans. I highly recommend the Canyon Springs house for a short or extended stay. With the great accommodations and close proximity to downtown Prescott, I feel this would be an excellent choice for anyone who wants to be in the midst of beautiful Prescott!

We had a terrific time ! My daughter said it’s better then the photos! And it even snowed!

The management was terrific! And we even had an issue with a door lock sticking and they fixed it right away! All needed supplies were there too!

Great Prescott Getaway

This was our first time staying at a VRBO in Prescott and we would love to come back. The house was better than advertised and was in a very convenient location to the main part of town.

Fire alarm from hell

The property was a little different then expected. The back yard is chain link and backs up to other homes that face it, it has large windows so basically everything you do is watched by the neighbors. Very little privacy. Our main issue was the fire alarm. Every single meal it went off and loud causing us to open all the doors and windows and disturb all the neighbors not to mention waking our entire family and being very embarrassing. I emailed management and have still failed to hear back. I was very disappointed. We did however take very good care of the home and followed all protocol .
