Vår lyxvilla ligger i Lake Berkley Resort i Kissimmee. Detta är en gated säker utveckling med en vakt som är närvarande 24 timmar om dagen.
Fastigheten är en våning 4 sovrum och 3 badrum med privat pool med utsikt över en liten sjö.
Lake Berkley har en tennisbana, basketplan, lekplats, gym och större pool och spa som alla är gratis medan du bor i vår villa.
Fastigheten är helt luftkonditionerad med inredning som har blivit fullt uppgraderad i april 2018. Det finns en formell matsal och frukostrum med kombinerat sittplatser för upp till 12 personer. Köket har en elektrisk ugn med keramisk spis och mikrovågsugn (båda nya i april 2018), stor kyl / frys, diskmaskin och avfallshantering. Vardagsrummet har 2 soffor (1 är en drottning sovhytt) och en 42 tums HD-TV med full kabel-TV-paket (alla är nya april 2018).
Sovrummet har en king size-skummadras med 40 tums HD-TV och ett stort värdeskåp för en bärbar dator.
Det finns två enkelsängar i sovrum 2 och 3 och varje rum har en TV / DVD-spelare med en familj storlek badrum längs hallen.
Sovrum 4 har en queen size-säng med, TV, säkerhetsskåp och eget badrum. Alla rum har full kabel-TV. Fastigheten är fullt utrustad för yngre barn, inklusive en spjälsäng, barnstol och resesäng (pack och spela). För våra internationella besökare kan vi även leverera barnbilsstolar.
Spelrummet är utrustat med bordtennis, air hockey, dart och biljardbord.
Inga husdjur och ingen rökning.
Lake Berkley är utmärkt beläget nära alla stora temaparker. Disney World, Universal Studios och Sea World är alla lättillgängliga.
Det är också på tröskeln till 192 som har middagshower som medeltiden och Capones.
Kanske skulle en resa till Gamla stan svitas med klassiska bilar på show varje fredag och lördag kväll i denna pittoreska gamla USA-stilgata. Fun Spot ligger bredvid med mänsklig katapult och många andra spännande sevärdheter som Go Karting eller kanske försök att bo på Rodeo Bull.
Sammantaget ligger denna villa nära alla de åtgärder Orlando kan erbjuda.

Resort position: Denna villa ligger i 1 av de bästa platserna i Lake Berkley.
Poolen har utsikt över sjön och tennisbanan, men också backar på skogsmark som ger en lugn atmosfär att koppla av i solen. (Bra läge för att hålla koll på barnen)

Excellent short stay

Only here for a couple of nights but it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone. Kids loved the pool and games room. Everything clean and in great condition.

Excellent well maintained villa

This is our third time staying in the excellent villa. Great location close to the parks and restaurant and Walmart close by. Quiet location. Would high recommend this villa and hope to stay there again in the future.

Great Home Away From Home

Lovely property in a gated community which was quiet and felt safe and secure. Great location! Pretty central to parks and entertainment. Any issues we had were responded to and addressed by owner immediately. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property.

Loved the house but disliked the cleanliness

All was very good except the cleanliness. Bedding was clean. The pool area needed power washing. The outside furniture was not clean and there wasn’t any Mr. Clean or any cleaning products. I spilled a little water in the kitchen and there wasn’t any paper towels but upon wiping it up the cloth was filthy. The floors needed scrubbing! There were no products in the house. We had to go to Walmart the next morning to buy Kleenex, toilet tissue, paper towels and wash clothes. The 4-6 wash clothes there were smelly and stiff. We have rented many homes and have never run across this before. The house on the other hand was homey and comfortable!

The home is lovely and very clean. There were beach towels, pool table, air hockey, table tennis in the garage area. The pool was clean and had a screened frame around it…so no bugs I would definitely rent this property again when staying in Orlando

Nine night stay

Large home, good for large family, close to area attractions, safe environment with gated community, enjoyable walking area, fishing area, playground for kids,. Heated pool if you pay extra. The home didn't appear to have been cleaned prior to our stay but just staged for appearances.

Great location

This property fulfilled my expectations. It provided everything we needed. From cooking items, fishing poles, the grills, wifi, television and more. The pool was clean, the neighbors were quiet, very peaceful and safe environment. The home was clean inside and out. It was also a joy to see the ducks by the lake. We had great access to walmart, Sams, gas stations, and restaurants. It was a great vacation spot for my family and I. I would most definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Disney July Vacation 2013

This was an awesome house! Perfect with the pool, and 10 minutes to Disney. We stayed here July 6-13, 2013. Walmart is less than a mile to the right and it is a nice, quiet neighborhood. The kids could play in the pool after long, hot days at Disney. Things to remember: Make sure you take paper towels, toilet paper, baking pan (no baking pans), pizza pans, pizza cutter, trash bags,etc. Thank goodness there were already coffee filters there. All in all, this was an outstanding vacation and we are definitely looking forward to staying next year! Tristan was so easy and nice to deal with. Property was very clean and I would DEFINITELY recommend this to anyone needing a home away from home.

Excellent Location!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa last week. It was in a prime location to shopping, restaurants, and places to visit. We had ample room in this house along with our two adult kids and two grandsons. There was plenty for us to do after coming home from a day excursion. We enjoyed the tennis and basketball courts, the community pool, the hot tub, and the game tables in the garage. The property manager was the best with his quick responses whenever we had a concern. The only recommendation that I would extend to the owner, although it didn't spoil our vacation, would be to change the worn carpets which makes it look dirty and dingy in the villa. This would make a great place even better! I do recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a wonderful vacation in Kissimmee!

Horrible Host

He discriminates against disabled people. Had service dogs, 2 shih tzu’s and he charged me for having pets. Vrbo even sent him a link to ADA laws on service animals and he still charged as pets. He will learn that he cannot break the law and discriminate like that.

Wonderful property (We recommend)

The house worked out great for us. We enjoyed the "game room" in the garage. The house set -up was perfect for our foursome (3 adults, 1 8yr old) as we all had our own room. Everything was very clean. Owner was very nice when we needed to contact him. I would highly recommend this property. Make sure if you plan to use the pool and want it heated you call ahead and pay the extra fee for heat so it's warm upon arrival. I didn't see the heated pool upcharge when booking (might be my fault). Listing said heated pool, but I've stayed in a few VRBO's that have charged extra if you wanted the pool heater turned on. I had no problem paying for it but lost pool time waiting for heater to get the water warm enough to enjoy. The weather was chilly (60F) which is why we wanted warm water. Great location, Clean, Friendly owner, Wonderful amenities, Safe - Gated community and close to stores for supplies, food, etc. Again, Highly Recommend this property!

Great Place!

The property is great. We stayed for a week and it was ideal for all 7 of us. There is enough space for everyone to do their thing without being on top of each other. The house is fully stocked. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels. The pool is nice and the house is right next to the tennis court and basketball court. The only downsides, which are minimal in comparison to the upsides, are: the beds and couches were uncomfortable. The beds are really soft, so if you like that you won't see the problem, and one is especially loud. The couches are the same and it feels like you are almost sitting on the floor. One of the rooms with the twin size bed is very tight getting into it because the bed is almost on top of the door. The houses are close, so when you're in the pool and so are the neighbors, you can hear/see everything, and the same if anyone is on the tennis court. None of this truly effected our stay, except for some uncomfortable nights of sleep, but honestly, that usually happens when you aren't in your own bed anyway. The house is very close to stores and restaurants so that was convenient, even though Orlando traffic is not! Overall, it was a good stay and a good place. Thank you!

Great start to the holiday. Great location close to Disney and Kissimmee main strip. Nice and clean with great facilities. Tristan was very helpful and accommodating in granting an extra day. Would recommend and stay again.

Amazing time

We had such a wonderful time staying at this rental! The house was clean, in a really nice neighborhood and conveniently located. Our group was 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 12 to 2) and there was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of things to do to keep everyone entertained. We loved having the pool and got a lot of use out of the ping pong and air hockey tables. The house had everything we needed and I was very impressed with the amount of and selection of kitchen supplies. It was also very easy to communicate with the owner. She answered all of my questions before and during our stay. We loved staying here and would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in this area.

Excellent property - 100% recommend

We were delighted with our stay in Tristan's villa. It was everything that it was described to be. The location is ideal, secure estate with great views from the lanai and pool area. The villa was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. One very minor maintenance issue was dealt with same day, by Tristan, property manager and tradesman. The rooms were spacious and kitchen had everything necessary. First three weeks we had our 10 year old grandsons and family staying, final week had our other grandchildren, 35 months and 11 months; perfect for all of them. We had the pool heated, which we felt was worthwhile, even in May. The children (and adults) loved it. Easy driving distance to all theme parks and airport, literally 2 minute drive to Walmart and 192. Tristan was very good with communications, we could not fault this rental at all. Many thanks Tristan, from all of us. It was a great family holiday.

Great property

This property was just as described. The pool was clean and sparkled, everything needed for the kitchen was there. Beds comfy, really nice to have 3 bathrooms. Pool table, ping pong, and air hockey kept everyone busy during rainy times. Washer and dryer a blessing! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
