This charming beach cottage is a half mile walk to the beach and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The cottage accommodates four people comfortably with a maximum occupancy of six people. No parties! Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. This rental includes a screened in porch, a large deck, an outdoor shower, and a big back yard. Inside has air conditioning, cable, and internet. You will be provided with passes to the private Misquamicut Fire District Beach. These passes allow you to walk onto the beach, but do not allow you to park there. You must bring your own towels and linens. This rental is only available to be rented Saturday to Saturday.

Beach Vacation

Cottage needs to be updated, Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced, Curtains would be nice in the bedroom too, had to put up blankets to keep the light out. For what they charge there should be a washer and dryer.

Good Time

We had a great time during our stay. We had one issue that was taken care of quickly by the owner. The only thing I would say is that they driveway is hard to find even though it is on a main road.

Nice little house

The cottage is only 1/2 mile from Atlantic Avenue so its an easy walk to beaches and restaurants. Good neighborhood for biking also. The owners were close by and responded very quickly to any questions or problems we may have had (only problem was our fault!) Most of our questions could have been avoided if an information sheet had been provided with the house.

Good location

Communication with owner was great, very responsive. Was told we had to supply linens, towels, paper towels and toilet paper. We wound up doing several Walmart trips for additional items like trash bags, dish soap and other basics we didn’t think we would need. House was as advertised but could definitely use some freshening up and attention— bedroom window lock was broken (owner’s dad came by to fix light in kitchen and said not to worry the lock has been broken for years). Wound up changing several lights throughout the week. Has potential to be a great cottage with some tlc

Relaxing week away

I stayed here to enjoy the beach and take some time to relax. House is about a half mile from the beach and is an easy walk to the beach or to some of the beach restaurants and shops. Back deck gets plenty of sun to sit out and relax when you don’t want to go to the beach.
