Thank you for returning to Water Street Inn and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your visit overall, but we're sorry the neighboring property's rock project disrupted the peaceful Lake Charlevoix experience you were expecting. We understand how frustrating the extended construction noise must have been, particularly when it continued into the evening during each day of your stay. We also sincerely appreciate you bringing the unstable table chair to the attention of our front desk team. Guest safety is extremely important, and reporting the loose leg allowed our team to address a potentially hazardous situation before someone was injured. Thank you for taking the time to alert us. We also appreciate the reminder regarding the clock in the living and dining area, especially since you had mentioned this during a previous stay. Your feedback about both the furnishings and in-room amenities will be shared with our property management and maintenance teams for follow-up. Our goal at Water Street Inn is to provide clean, comfortable, well-maintained waterfront condo accommodations, responsive guest service, beautiful Lake Charlevoix views, and a relaxing Boyne City getaway. We're grateful for your continued visits and thoughtful feedback, and we hope your next stay provides the quiet, comfortable, and peaceful experience you deserve.
