Suite 315 är en uppdaterad tredje våningen slutet enhet med fantastisk utsikt över sjön Charlevoix. Köket har en full storlek ugn, vackra high-end skåp och granit bänkskivor. Den är fullt utrustad med tallrikar och bestick redo för att förbereda måltider. Köket har två barstolar för extra sittplatser och matbordet rymmer upp till fyra personer. Vardagsrummet har en queen-size bäddsoffa, gas-log öppen spis och platt-TV. Den skjutbara glasdörren öppnas till en privat balkong med utsikt över vår privata strand. På övervåningen hittar du ett badrum med badkar / dusch kombination, tillsammans med ett sovrum med en king size-säng och TV.

Lovely Time Up North!

The weather made it a perfectly wonderful time to do plenty of biking as well as spend leisure time in the sun reading a good book. Great location with a priceless view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year staying here. We wouldn’t keep coming back if we didn’t enjoy the experience. Unit 315 is nice because it is an end unit. This unit needs some upgrades like carpet and the bathroom fixtures. The bulbs in all the fixtures and lamps are not very bright. Replacing all with LED bulbs would be a great upgrade and would lower the electric bill. The staff in the office are great (very helpful)

Love The Waterstreet Inn but this unit badly needs uodating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stay at The Water Street Inn every summer but had never stayed in this particular unit before. It was the only third floor unit available when we made our reservation so we took a chance and sadly, found it needed updating badly. The carpets were very stained, the decor was outdated and the furniture was old, worn, and stained in places as well. A kitchen rug of some kind is needed too. The unit itself was very clean though which we greatly appreciated. BUT the sunsets are gorgeous, Boyne City is completely charming and we will simply stay in a different unit next year when we visit! (Unit 312 is our favorite!).

Spiders everywhere

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place could not have been cleaned very well because we killed over 20 spiders. We were there on a 3-day stay. The balcony was not wiped down and the door to the balcony had not been cleaned. We were very disappointed. The front desk did not have any solution. The view was great. Just wish that we could have sat on the balcony more.
