This 3 bedroom, 2 bath comfortably furnished villa is just like home. No crowded hotel rooms here. Get up in the morning and make a cup of freshly brewed coffee or make a full meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

There is a king bed with full private bath in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. There are also 2 rollaway beds for the living room. This unit has 4 TV’s all with Roku. Watch live TV thru the Roku channel guide or log-in to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming accounts.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full size appliances, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer plus linens and towels in your unit (pool towels are NOT included) .

This complex has a large heated pool, spa, tennis courts, BBQ area with gazebo and a fitness room.

This is a single level villa, so no one running over your head. You also have the convenience of parking at your front door. There are many restaurants, shopping and golf within 1 to 2 miles.

Located only 2.5 miles away is the new Margaritaville Resort, Island H20 Live Water Park & the Promenade at Sunset Walk. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, shopping & entertainment.

Other things to note: There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. No Street Parking is Allowed. Additional free parking is available at the pool area.

We supply you with a starter kit consisting of: 2 toilet paper rolls & 2 soaps per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, ample dish detergent & 2 trash bags per container. From there it is your responsibility to replenish as needed . Extra supplies must be purchased at the store.

The lowest the AC temperature can go is 72 degrees, any lower will cause the AC to freeze up & stop working.
