Our home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home situated in the heart of everything you need and want to do on vacation. It sleeps 8-10 people comfortably. All parks and attractions are 10/15 minutes away!!! Grocery stores, Walmart , and restaurants are all within 1.5-3 miles away.

Exceptional house for family vacation

Property was perfect for grandma. Mom, dad,teenager,8 and 4 year and 2 dogs. All had private area. So relaxing. Close to all attractions. Restaurants and grocery stores. Excellant host. Definately will stay here every trip.

Relaxing home

We had a very relaxing stay with our dog, the home was as pictured, clean and comfortable. This is a great location for the Disney parks. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked meals daily. We enjoyed the pool and clubhouse area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to relax

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are fantastic to communicate with. Everything was as described. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and easy to get to. We definitely hope to stay again if we come back to the area.

Nice vacation

Very clean property! Loved the bed . Every time I vacation the bed is usually a problem but not this time. Bed was comfortable and I got amazing sleep after the park days. Very spacious will be staying again in the future.

Cheer competition

The property was clean and very spacious. Everything was well kept and worked as it should. I think there was a tv in every room. We enjoyed the property while we were there and glad we made the choice to stay 404 Palm Key.

2nd Stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house and we truly enjoyed our time here. The owners are very attentive and accommodating. The area is convenient to everything, the neighborhood quiet, and neighbors friendly. We will be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Good place

We stayed here with our family for 6 days. It was much bigger in person than the photos indicated- which is great. Quiet neighborhood, decent pool area. On a good day it is roughly 30 minutes from the major parks. Grocery nearby and a fun little orange grove to pick oranges from! Owners were very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time

We decided to stay in FL for a few weeks in the fall. We had a great time. The house was great for us, and we would stay there again! No complaints! We even got into playing tennis while being there, it was right by the house!

Great Choice!

The property owners made the check-in and check-out process seamless! They were very accommodating and communicative when needed. The house was great for the 7 of us (4 adults, 3 kids), it was spacious, had enough comfortable beds, and easy to find. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Cozy vacation

We had a great time in the rental, the kids love it. Made us feel at home. Check in and out process was simple. Had plenty of room. We were able to bring our pets and not leave them at home for no additional charge which was nice. It was convenient to the places we were going. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Nice place

Roomy and comfortable. Master bed was super comfy after a long day at universal. Pleased at hosts quick response to inquiries. We couldn't find key to pool/clubhouse but it was way too cold for swimming anyway. I would recommend this home to anyone that wants an affordable comfortable place after visiting orlando parks.

My Stay

The house was great. Only problem was that the toilets were broken when I first arrived and since I stayed there, he blamed me for the damages and I had to pay for the damages myself. Pretty unfair.

Three days no air-conditioner

24 may 2 am air conditioning went out 27 came in fix the air conditioner had to wait for tecnition to finish sent message through Vrbo the 24 did not get answer until 26 the 28 7am sent a crew to install solar panels on are payment schedule it was not good experience I rhink we should be offered compensation for these awful days

Wonderful place

Would like to have given it a higher review. Everything was fantastic, but there were a few minor inconveniences. Two TV's kept resetting themselves after watching for only a few minutes. Master bathroom had a water break prior to our visit and caused some issues, bathroom door not shutting tight, other door knob came off when we closed it. Bath did not have hot water, shower did. Coffee maker did not work, but we found older one in cupboard which did work. Owners were very courteous and prompt with responses. Even though we had these few issues, would highly recommend this visit and we will consider this on our next return to Florida.

Nice place

The property is very well taken care of. It's a 3-bedroom, 2 full bath, fully furnished, and decorated, manufactured home. Upon sending full payment, we received very clear instructions including address and access information. While there were only two of us, it was nice that all rooms have televisions. The master bathroom has a nice huge tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a nice tempurpedic bed, however, there was an electrical issue with one side, so it didn't work. The kitchen is wonderfully complete with dishes, pots, pans, appliances, including dishwasher, etc. The screened-in porch is very nice. Most properties in the surrounding area have them. My partner and I are smokers, so it was nice to sit at the outdoors patio table and smoke, without being concerned about mosquitoes, or other insects. On the last night, the a/c went out and we were becoming very irritable/agitated, because of how hot it was. We took a chance and reset the master fuse switch/breaker, and everything, including the a/c kicked on and worked perfectly. Overall, the VRBO experience at this location, was exceptional, affordabe, and is highly recommended.
