Welcome to La Playa #203D by RVA. Step out your door to the white sandy beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This top floor oceanfront 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium promises a relaxing and intimate “Old Florida” beach vacation.



Upscale furnishings provide casual elegance with over 1,800 square feet of thoughtful living space. The living room opens to a breathtaking view of the Gulf and leads out to your private lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the seabirds and dolphins. The open gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, new appliances, and is fully equipped for in-home dining with beachfront grills conveniently located.



The main floor master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and furnishings and its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The spacious top-floor 2nd master bedroom with king bed, shared bathroom with walk-in shower, has a private terrace where you can end your day with spectacular sunsets and stargazing. The roomy 3rd guest room features two twin beds for comfortable family accommodations. Whatever your vacation desires, this rental will exceed your expectations.

Quiet area and family friendly. Kids said their twin beds were uncomfortable but the king beds were very comfortable. Still everyone said they come again. It really is a lovely property, well run and in a great location. Sad to leave and eager to return!

The Ideal Vacation Destination!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo is beautiful! Fully renovated, completely stocked (kitchen & linen closets), clean, comfortable, and just steps away from the beach. The floor plan is a bit unusual since the master bedroom (with the ensuite bathroom) is on the first floor. There is no other bathroom on the first floor. And the other large bedroom with the ocean front balcony & sitting area, (which "should" be the master bedroom)is on the second floor and shares a small bathroom with another bedroom. This was a bit of a surprise but we made it work.All in all we enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year. The RVA staff was very professional, friendly, organized and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Unit #203D at La Playa Condominiums on Longboat Key!
