Välkommen till Zilli familjen Villa Beach House på Longboat Key. Efter att ha använt det här 2.000 sf hemmet för sina egna familjesemester, var huset helt inredda och lagrade för att erbjuda alla bekvämligheter i hemmet till våra VRBO-gäster. En cool, strandig palett välkomnar dig att luta dig tillbaka och koppla av.

Du hittar allt du behöver på plats från gratis wifi till disk, sängkläder, handdukar och till och med några extra du kan behöva för din vistelse som pussel och tvål.
Den närliggande poolen har ett täckt grillplats med picknickbord med utsikt över stranden.

Det finns gott om plats för cyklar, cykeltrailer och / eller flera fordon. Hoppas vi ses snart

December Family Getaway

Lovely stay right on the beach. The grocery is right down the street and the pool is right outside the window. Everything we needed for a relaxing break with the kids. Owner very responsive, property was clean.

AMAZING!!!!

WOW!!! What an amazing beautiful home right on the beach. This home is as described and the property owner is AMAZING!!!! He responded to emails and txt very quickly. He allowed us to check-in early which was amazing after a long day of travel. I highly recommend this home in paradise. We will definitely be returning.

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at Jim's property on Longboat Key. Jim is a class act and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. He also knows the area so well, and he had great suggestions for restaurants and other things to do. The home is literally steps from the beach, and the beach and its sunsets are remarkable. If you are looking for peace, quiet, and beauty then this is definitely the spot for you!

AMAZING for body and mind!!

I wish I could summarize our stay with a few simple words, I cannot. The host, Jim Zili, with simply the best host we have ever had through VRBO or any other rental service. He was in communication with us the whole time in case we needed anything. If we called or texted, he immediately picked up or called back. He’s such a kind man with your best interest at heart as a guest. The house is stunning. The views are amazing, the people around you are friendly, we could not have asked for more. I implore you to rent this property. You will not regret it. You will want to go back year after year. I know we will!!!

Location was absolutely amazing!!! The views from the living and dining areas were beautiful! Very well appointed. Pictures are very accurate. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Provided great information on places and things to see and do, restaurants, local information, etc. We would definitely stay there again!

A Perfect Fit

The villa was a great fit for myself, my husband, and our adult son who has disabilities. The house was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was the easiest ever. Being literally only a few steps from the beach was a game-changer for us all! When texting with Jim before we arrived, I asked if the unit was equipped with a shower chair, mentioning that it would be so much easier for us. A shower chair, still in the box, was waiting for us at the door when we checked in. Now that's service! We plan to book again for next year, which, I believe, is the highest vote of confidence you can give.

Serenity!

This is one of the most relaxing and beautiful stays I have ever experienced! The home is gorgeous and right on the beach with spectacular views and privacy! This is a great spot for families/friends to stay and relax, but also have beach or poolside fun! The owner provides the most proficient service I have ever received with great suggestions and always a friendly correspondence with any questions we had! Awesome place for a family vacation!

This was such a great place for us to stay with our kids. The home was beautiful and clean and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. The location of the house you couldn't ask better, right at the beautiful beach. And a special Thank You to Jim , property owner, who was really attentive and helpful with a great communication and care . We left with unforgettable memories about our stay and definitely be back next year.

A true paradise

This villa is true paradise. As soon as you walk in you know it’s not your everyday VRBO. We were pleasantly surprised when we first opened the door and smelled a very clean home. The decoration in the Villa is exquisite. Every piece of furniture matched and the quality of the furniture was excellent. Everything from the throws on the sofas to the decorative pieces on the walls combined in perfect harmony. All accessories were top quality Pier 1 import and pottery barn. This tells me that the owner didn’t cut any corners when decorating. There’s even an Alice Dalton print in one of the rooms. Everything you can possibly want or need you will have at your reach from a well equipped kitchen with pots and pans, utensils and stemware to a pizza pan and cookie sheets. They really thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. The Villa is spacious and the layout is open floor plan so you never feel crowded. We were a family of 5 but originally booked for 8. 8 people would have fit comfortably. If you have small children or older adults in your party this place is perfect. You have a covered parking space steps from the front door. It is a one story so you don’t have to worry about carrying things up stairs or worry about kids and stairs. The sliding glass door that leads you to the amazing view of the gulf has a lock not accesible to kids. Access to the water couldn’t be any closer. The Villa has beach chairs and Umbrellas for you to use along with beach towels. The views and access to the beach are just breathtaking and the daily sunsets are mesmerizing. All of the above are important factors but what made the trip extra special was the one of a kind customer service. Mr. Zilli reaches out before your trip and provides detailed directions on what you need to do to make your trip enjoyable. He’s only a phone call away and goes above and beyond to provide his clients with everything they need. He also reaches out mid week to make sure everything is up to your standards and although we didn’t have any issues and didn’t need anything he was kind enough to send over fresh towels. I had asked Mr Zilli prior to our trip if the Villa came with a vacuum. He advised that it did. As soon as we arrived to the Villa he asked if the vacuum met my expectations because if it did not he would purchase a new one and have it sent to us. That is the kind of service you get with the Zilli properties. We can’t wait to book again.

Perfect Staycation

Jim Zilli grew up in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, area. He started coming to Longboat Key in the early 1980s and purchased the Villa as a family retreat in 2004. He chose this property as it was the perfect vacation property and is the only ocean-front standalone home in the area. It didn’t take long before he decided to make Longboat Key his year-round home. Since 2009, he has lived here full time and has gone on to purchase additional properties nearby including a nearby one-bedroom condo in January 2013. The Villa retains the elegantly appointed feel of a family home with all the upscale touches of an attractive, well-kept and much-loved property.

Jim is CEO in the family’s Wisconsin on off-site catering special events business, so he has ample experience in hospitality. He finds great enjoyment and satisfaction helping guests have fantastic vacations in his properties – many of whom come back year after year. “I have many families who I have gotten to know over the years and spent time, dining, golfing, helped them find realtors, and more,” says Jim.

Clients have complimented Jim’s style as attentive and not pushy. They appreciate he will check in with them during their stay. He wants renters to know he’s there for them.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The most apparent reason Jim chose Longboat Key is the weather and beauty of this location, and the Villa located just steps from a world-class beach. Guests never run out of things to do, whether it’s enjoying the nightlife in nearby Sarasota or only collecting shells along the white sand beach. The weather provides just enough variety so that you won’t be bored. Unlike other areas of Florida, Longboat Key is quiet, safe and has a small-town feel he enjoys. The area feels remote and natural, yet it’s easy to access with the Sarasota airport just 7 miles east of Sarasota or from Tampa, which is 40 minutes away.

One of Jim’s favorite things to do is golf, and (there are several world-class courses within a 20-minute drive). He also enjoys movies and recommends the annual film festival in Sarasota. He keeps a running list of the many, many things there are to do in the area - so whether you like to swim, sunbathe, walk the beach, golf, shop, or all of the above, Jim’s guests find plenty to keep themselves entertained. At the same time, the secluded location offers privacy and quiet, so if you, like most of us, need to catch up on rest while you’re here, you can fall asleep to nothing more than the gentle sound of the surf.
