Renoverat hem i East Chop, Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard. Huset, som byggdes 1863 av min stora, farfar, har charmen i ett historiskt hem, men har de moderna bekvämligheterna för att du kan njuta av en avkopplande semester på Martha's Vineyard. Huset ligger i ett ganska skogsområde i East Chop, ett exklusivt område av Oak Bluffs. Bara gångavstånd till centrum av Oak Bluffs, är huset bekvämt beläget till Oak Bluffs hamn, brygga strand, bra familjerestauranger och shopping.

Detta 4 sovrum, 2 fulla badhus har precis fått en omfattande renovering inklusive ett nytt kök med rostfria vitvaror, master svit m / privat badrum, tvättstuga, ny värme och luftkonditionering, varmvattenberedare, nya hårda trägolv, allt nya möbler, nya sängar och sängkläder och allt nymålade. Huset har en omsluten veranda för att njuta av en vila efter en hektisk dag på stranden och ett trädäck på baksidan som inkluderar en ny gasgrill och utomhusdusch.

Huset har en stor sidogård för barnen att leka och en hängmatta för dem som vill koppla av och njuta av den ganska inställningen.

Vi levererar alla bekvämligheter som inkluderar lakan, filtar, badhanddukar och solstolar. Köket är fullt utrustat för de som gillar att laga mat. Kabel-TV och WiFi.

Som ett hem hemifrån, kom med oss för en avkopplande sommarlov på ön.

Wonderful home with unique history. We spent the majority of our time on the back patio enjoying cards, the shade, and the smell of the sea. I personally took all my showers in the outdoor shower. Absolutely wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at East Chopt House in Martha’s Vineyard! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our family. The host was incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home with helpful local tips. The peaceful location was close to everything we needed — shops, beaches, and restaurants. We’re already dreaming of our next trip back!

FIRST Time’s A Charm

First time to MV, so I didn’t really know what to expect. I thought the property was even better in person than what I envisioned from the listing. Is was quaint and charming and APPEARS to be off the beaten path BUT was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the beach, which we thought was pretty cool. The homeowner was pleasant to deal with from the time of booking until check out. Very responsive and connected a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was good. The only slight was having one shower inside the house for our group of all women. However, those that tried the outdoor shower did enjoy the experience. We would stay again.

Great stay and perfect location

Clean home with everything we needed. Peaceful neighborhood less than 5 minute drive to the shops in OB. Excellent communication from the host. Hope to stay again in the future.

perfect!

This beautiful house accommodated our family perfectly. Since one member was a professional chef we wanted a nice kitchen and a table to gather around. Beds were comfortable & there was space for everyone to gather or find a nook to be on their own. Outdoor shower was a hit. Loved the decor, lighting, seating, location - no notes! Easy walk to town. Jonathan was quick to respond. Everything was perfect. Definitely recommend this house.

Excellent vacation home!

We just completed our stay with another couple. The house is exactly as described, renovated and very clean. We only used two of the bedrooms and used one of the bedrooms to store our luggage. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything to enjoy your stay. We especially loved having a comfortable patio and the use of the gas grill. Navigating the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms may be tricky if you have mobility problems but there is a frat floor bedroom, if that is the case. We plan to rent again next summer. The owner checks in on your arrival and departure which we appreciated.

Perfect spot for a quiet family getaway

The property was exactly as quaint as it was in the picture. It is not a busy street which was perfect for us. Great location close to Oak Bluffs and all the restaurants and shops. Cozy and you felt at home as soon as you walked in. The house had everything that you need.

Few days on Martha’s Vineyard

We enjoyed our time on the island. The house was convenient to Oak Bluffs and all the activities we wanted to do. Check in was smooth and the owner was helpful and responsive. Would stay here again.

Wonderful in every way!

The house was perfect for a friends' long weekend. A perfect mix of historic and new. The house is lovely and charming with a wonderfully updated kitchen and bathroom. Serene back yard with wonderful patio and outdoor shower. Plenty of gathering spaces and comfortable bed rooms. We cannot wait to return.

Awesome home

Loved everything about this house! Love the charm of the older home blended with the contemporary updates. Backyard is number one with great seating for lounging and dining. Outdoor shower is one of the best. Wifi was iffy especially in backyard. Bedrooms are small but the overall footprint of the house makes up for this. Great neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen, short walk downtown. Very relaxing.

Delightful house, incredibly clean and well appointed. Easy bike ride to town and overall a fantastic rental. The small children could have used shades on the sky lights. Many early mornings!
