2023 getaway

The house and location were great. The dishwasher was full and it had a wooden spatula in it that had molded pretty badly. I put it in a ziplock bag and left it with our paperwork on the island in the kitchen. We re-washed the dishes because they had mold on them and we put them away. Overall we enjoyed the house and had a great summer break. Thanks for your hospitality! We would stay there again.

Perfect accomodations

We were in Florida because of the death of our grandson. The accomodations were perfect to spend time with our son. The neighborhood was quiet, the view from the family room was very relaxing & the home was very clean & inviting. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Father’s Day Weekend

Nice house on the river and close to the beaches. It’s also a 8 minute drive to Captain Hirams where the guys went fishing. Only complaint is that there should be more lighting out by back of the home for better water views at night.

Home Away From Home

Our family was in town for a memorial service, and I needed a place that was comfortable for my mom and where we could be together as a family. This house was perfect. The rooms were much larger than the pictures online. The family room had plenty of seating and looked out over water; the kitchen was well appointed with several appliances and dishes; we gathered around the island for breakfast, it was really nice. The white tile floors were very clean. The bed I slept in had a memory foam mattress and was very comfortable. It had nice thick white sheets. The room my mom stayed in had a step in shower, bright lighting and an extendable make up mirror. I was in luck that there was a blow dryer there, I am so grateful for that small detail because I forgot mine and no one brought one. The host was very nice and met us at the property to let us in. Publix was only 1.4 mi away. It really was like a home away from home. My only complaints were very minor, the back bathroom needs a bath mat so folks don't slip coming out of the shower (maybe there was one and we just didn't see it), and the bedroom facing the street could use a black out curtain, I woke up a few times from headlights shining in the room. We want to thank the host for offering this property, we had exactly what we needed and it was a comfortable place where we gathered to mourn the loss of a family member. Thanks so much.
