Mammoth Sierra Townhomes 24 Spacious Updated Townhome, Walk to Shopping Center by RedAwning

Located in the heart of town, and walking distance to everything, this

spacious 3 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom townhouse has everything to offer. It

features a 42" flatscreen TV with DVD player and Roku access (sorry no cable),

high-speed Internet access, private washer/dryer, and cozy pellet stove. You

will enjoy a quiet forest setting from the balcony and there is plenty of

space for everyone to spread out and relax throughout the cabin. The open

kitchen is great for entertaining and is fully stocked with everything you

need. The master bedroom features a California King bed, flatscreen TV and en-

suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, workstation

if you must work or school remotely, and en-suite bathroom. While the third

bedroom downstairs is perfect for the kids (or singles) and features two Twin

beds, flatscreen TV and attached bathroom. The loft upstairs has even more

sleeping space with a Double bed as well as bunk bed with a Twin on the top

and Double on the bottom, plus flatscreen TV also with Roku access. The

Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex offers a swimming pool, two hot tubs, sauna,

and laundry facilities with parking available right in front of the units.

Mammoth Sierra Townhomes offers some of the best floorplans in town with

plenty of bathrooms and convenience and is an ideal location for families. All

guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy

facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,

yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit has 3 levels inside, is

non-smoking. This condo sleeps a maximum of 9 people and comes with 2 outdoor

parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is

required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative

overall stay was great, condo layout worked perfect for us. Walking distance to Vons and restaurants.property comfortable,clean,well kept. mostly cooked in. well appointed kitchen. did hit the Stove restaurant(great).only negative snow/ice not properly cleared to allow correct use of parking spots

The only issue I had was that the handrail for the stairs had not been cleaned for a long time. It was very dirty and sticky.

Condition of property great but...

The condition was excellent, there were two things which were slightly annoying. One was the angle of the kitchen counter, it was difficult for more than two people to be in the kitchen. The other was the cramped parking, I had a 6 passenger truck and parking was difficult. Parking a dually would be nearly impossible. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Liked the double doors in front along with the mud room.

Good Space - Well Appointed for a large group

Nice property, the four bathrooms were nice for a larger group. Kitchen was very well stocked, everything you could need to cook was there. Also appreciated having extra paper towels, trash bags, etc. there when we arrived. Beds all comfortable. Liked having a single thermostat for the entire unit over the individual wall heaters that are common in Mammoth. Televisions all worked well and having YouTube tv hooked up for live tv made no cable in the unit a moot point. Management company was receptive to questions we had. Couple minor issues that we wish we knew about - the washer was taped shut with "out of order" signs on it. When the unit is advertised as having an in unit washer and dryer, we would have liked to know it was not working before arrival as with a big group, we would have preferred to have the chance to do laundry while there. Also, the dishwasher is in desperate need of an upgrade, it does not clean dishes well at all and we spent quite a bit of time hand washing dishes. Those aside, we would stay here again.

Down town location

This condo is conveniently located downtown. Easy to get to grocery store and located close to restaurants. The condo has lots of space and a bathroom for every bedroom. The only downfall is that the parking is very tight for larger SUV's.The parking spots are at the very end and right next to a fence. The easiest way to get in and out is to back into the parking spots. The kitchen is fully stocked except for measuring cups and spoons. Overall great place to stay. I would recommend this condo to other guests.

Dead mouses

- There were a few mouse traps with dead decompose mouses - there were couple of dirty socks underneath the bed - the WiFi did not work - could not reach management by phone, so we removed dead mouses ourselves

Perfect for larger families

We love staying here every year during the summer. This townhome is ideal for our combined families of eight. It has 3 nice bedrooms, a loft, 4 bathrooms, modern kitchen and parking is right outside the front door. Always clean and well-maintained. Beautiful location by the golf course and very close to the supermarket and restaurants. We plan to return at the end of summer.

Close to everything you need!

Very cozy and clean! It has all the appliances you need for cooking, and for bath room amenities. Especially, it is in great location. The only big supermarket is Vons in Mammoth Lake, and it is with walking distance within 10 mins! Very convenient.

Christmas Vacation

Great location near bus routes, walkable to Vons. Awesome to have 4 full bathrooms, a rarity for a condo. All bathrooms nicely remodeled. Parking a bit tight, but manageable. A bit expensive, but worth it for a large group.

Summer Stay

It was good. the picture of the living room is a little deceptive in size and anyone sleeping in the loft gets up when the first person hits the kitchen or light comes in but overall we all liked it and there were 8 of us. It is really handy that Vons and Starbucks are a 5 minute walk away.

Our Favorite Condo in Mammoth!

We previously stayed here twice. The condo is spacious and can accommodate large groups. We love the beautiful location, parking is outside the front door, and is minutes away from the market. It has a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ, and more. We look forward to staying there again next year!
