Stay at Norfolk Slopeside Retreat, a newly updated, well-designed Old Town Park City home with ski-in access and a 1-minute walk to the Quit’n Time ski access point. After skiing Park City Mountain, you can return to Norfolk Avenue, you can walk home in minutes, and relax in your private covered hot tub. The home is also within a 15-minute walk of Main Street, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and aprùs-ski activities.

Inside, vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and a stone wood-burning fireplace create a warm and inviting space after a day on the mountain. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features Viking appliances, granite countertops, and a comprehensive set of cookware and dishware. The adjacent dining area seats six comfortably for meals and gatherings.

A purpose-built mudroom—rare in Old Town—keeps gear organized with benches, hooks, and dedicated storage. Fast WiFi and a desk, plus a monitor in every bedroom, make the home well-suited for remote work during ski trips or extended stays.

Great rental located close to downtown and slopes

Spent a week at the home and really enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient to skiing and downtown shopping and restaurants. Home is very clean and neat and well appointed with TVs in every room, comfortable setting with two gas fireplaces. Kitchen has every amenity you might need. I will definitely consider returning next year.

Perfect location for a ski trip!

You can't beat this location with it's proximity to the slopes just a few houses down. The ability to ski in and out made for such an easy trip! The house was super clean, very comfortable and well stocked for our group. Beds are very comfortable after a full day of skiing, and the bathrooms and kitchen were all updated well. Easy access to the town from the nearby stairs as well. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this house.

A FANTASTIC property

In a trip beset by difficulties, this property was the shining light. Between snow and sickness, we had immense personal challenges. But this property felt like home and was nothing short of instrumental to our enjoyment.

Wonderful PC Stay!

Wow! Whether you’re an avid skier/snow boarder, new to outdoor winter activities, or simply like the snow, this house is a must stay. Once you arrive, no need to use your car. The ski in/out ability is unmatched. Walk down a couple flights of stairs to the main street for some great food and drinks. The house had 3 good size bedrooms, a comfortable family room that was great for chilling after a day of skiing or looking out over the town below. The pictures accurately showed a newly remodeled home with a kitchen that was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was great. A couple days it started snowing while we were in the tub with our beverages. Perfect way to cap the day.

Rare Find with Easy Access to Slopes & Main Street!

We decided to make a last minute trip to PC and this place (to our amazement) was available. It made the week. It has everything you need – a full kitchen, a homey living room to sit and catch up with friends or watch a movie, and super easy access to two hallmarks of a proper trip to Park City – Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!

An oasis in Old Town!

An oasis in Old Town! Steps (and importantly, no stairs!) from the ski slope, and a few short flights down to Main Street, with its restaurants, bars (check out No Name!), and the Egyptian Theater! We stayed here for a week earlier in the fall and had an amazing time with family. The house is fully appointed and has all the character and coziness you look for in a mountain crash pad. We loved the vertical living – bedrooms on three distinct floors with two communal floors in between – the hot tub after a long day out, and views of the valley. We will be coming back, no question!
