Large outdoor covered patio area with view. Spacious office on main floor. Workout gym includes full set of free weights, elliptical trainer and rower. Close to beautiful nature walking and biking trails and Skaha climbing bluffs. Minutes drive from both Skaha and Okanagan Lake beaches. In the heart of wine country. Spacious house includes 4 bedrooms. On the top floor: master with king size bed, an en suite and large walk in closet. Second bedroom with king size bed. Third of the large upstairs bedrooms also has a king size bed. Fourth bedroom is on the bottom of three floors with bunk beds and a dry sauna. Large attached 2 car garage.

Great place. Very spacious. Hot tub is awesome. The patio is large and great for the evenings.There are a lot of stairs, but if that’s not an issue for you I would recommend this property.

Wonderful Penticton Stay

We stayed at this property just recently in July and the house was as advertised. Lots of space for the family, every conceivable amenity we could ask for and the hosts were quick to respond. Our family made good use of the pool table, hockey net in the garage and also, the ping pong table. I would highly recommend this place to any family who wants a great location to hang out together.

Penticton Trip

Property was great! Lots of room for the family. Close to the Naramata bench and the Skaha beach. Hot tub was in pristine condition and was great to use on the cooler evenings. Kitchen well stocked. Hosts were friendly and always helpful when needed. Would recommend staying here for sure!

Penticton Getaway

Beautiful house with spacious rooms. Description and photos are accurate. We were surprised at the elevation of where it is located. We were in Penticton for a cycling trip and the steep climb back to the house at the end of a full day of cycling was challenging - but we survived.

Walker Visit

A wonderful place to reconnect and explore penticton. We loved the kitchen and the all the games and used the hot tub daily. Thank for having us at your home. Much nicer than a hotel .

Worked well for family get together

House had a lot of great features like pool table, hot tub, which made for a very enjoyable stay. Perhaps a little on the expensive side, but it is a big house.

Nice and roomy

The place is very nice. The professionally staged pictures of the place pretty much represent what you get. The pool table was fun to use once you figure out the no-bounce cushions. Our adult kids still had fun challenging each other at pool, and the table tennis was also appreciated and well used. The kitchen has a lot of utensils and there was coffee in two forms; ground for drip and Keurig, which was nice. There are a lot of spice blends to use which you often don’t get. The 3 upstairs beds are comfy and large. You will need to bring your own shower soap and shampoo tho. We really enjoyed the large deck but it was too hot to use the hot tub. Communication was pretty good but my last message about a discovered hornets nest in the railing going up the stairs and lack of TV service (Netflix etc.) took several days for a reply, the reply coming about 48 hours after I sent the message. The TVs were not connected to any service that we could figure out. We were supposed to be able to use our own Netflix account. There were no instructions provided on how to do that. According to the day late reply, you need to connect a device to the HDMI port. You might want to bring your own cable if you want a streaming service on a TV.

Spacious and comfortable base for a relaxed winter vacation.

This spacious and comfortable home complete with pool table and hot tub made for a fun family vacation. Apex ski resort is a 35-40mins drive away and was refreshingly crowd-free compared to other BC ski resorts we’ve visited. We enjoyed views of the surrounding mountains from the living room and bedroom windows. The house is set in a nice, quiet neighbourhood not far from the amenities of downtown Penticton. The lighting in the house could use some upgrading as the ceiling pot lights were rather dim and several would flicker out unexpectedly making some rooms quite dim at night. That said, the owners were very responsive and attentive in mitigating small issues such as this and brought us a floor lamp during our stay. The hot tub was very well maintained/ph-balanced and worked well. Would recommend the dishware (e.g. plates, bowls etc) be expanded a bit so that the dishwasher need not be run after every meal. Overall, we were very happy with the rental and would use it again.

Autumn bliss

The home is beautiful. Pool table and hot tub were a bonus. Barry, the owner, responded immediately to minor issues (light bulbs) and he was very personable. We would highly recommend!

Great property

This property had so many great features for our family. My son is an avid hockey player and played in the garage on the hockey set up anytime we were at the house. My daughter plays piano so she was thrilled that there was a piano for her. My husband and I played countless games of pool and loved sitting on the patio with morning coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. It’s just a 5 minute drive to Skaha beach and there are so many restaurants and stores within just a few minute drive as well.

Easy location for hockey camp - close but private

Great property in a quiet area that was perfect to relax at after a day of hockey drills. Played pool, watched movies, relieved sore muscles in the hot tub. Very close to downtown Penticton and easy drive to the wineries, without the congestion or noise around the hotels

Great place to stay!

We had such a great vacation and this property was the perfect fit! It is in a great central location to anywhere we wanted to go, had lots of space and the hot tub was a bonus (actually the hockey area in the garage was also pretty awesome)!
