This home accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms with three beds and two and a half bathrooms. The primary suite includes its own full bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms offer soft linens, extra pillows, and convenient storage. A bathtub in one of the bathrooms provides a quiet spot to unwind after a day in the sun.

Outdoor living
Just steps away, a saltwater pool offers a refreshing dip between beach visits. The pool is shared with a neighboring unit(Salt Therapy South house) yet feels comfortably close to your own space. Grill dinner on the BBQ and enjoy meals on the deck beneath the coastal breeze. With beach access across A1A, your path to the sand is always simple.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, featuring a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, wine glasses, pots and pans, and barbecue utensils. Gather around the dining table to share meals before heading out for a walk or relaxing by the pool.

Comforts & amenities
Across its three levels, the home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, an HDTV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with a washer and dryer. A private elevator with generous dimensions connects each floor, and free driveway and garage parking accommodates up to three cars, with room for a boat or trailer.

Neighborhood
Located in North Vilano Beach, the home places you close to grocery stores, local restaurants, and the historic streets of St. Augustine. The Intracoastal Waterway boat launch is only a block away, offering another way to enjoy the coast.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
