Downtown Chatham is less than a mile from the home. Here youâll find restaurants (The Chatham Squire, Impudent Oyster, Bluefins Saki & Sushi Bar) and plenty of shopping.There are also many attractions within a mile, including Cape Cod Baseball League games at Veterans Field, films at the historic Chatham Orpheum; Oyster Pond Beach for swimming; and fun exhibits at the Shark Center, where you can learn all about Atlantic White Sharks.
Other perks include a spacious backyard with a deck and a dining table for six, an outdoor shower, fire pit, plus a picnic table for eight set on a well-manicured lawn, as well as a ping pong table in the basement.
