Welcome to "Sunseeker" in Miramar Beach, FL! This is a brand-new home completed summer 2022!! Spacious, perfectly designed floor plan with specifically curated living space that will give you plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable.
Your reservation comes with $650 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay!
Additional Details:
Pool Heating available upon request for an additional fee of $300 + tax. The golf cart will be fully charged and ready for you when you arrive. Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen.
Things to bring: beach towels, beach items (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys), laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do offer a cancellation policy for our guests based on the booking platform, as follows:
-Cancellation Policy for VRBO: 100% refund 60 days before check-in; no refund after 60 days.
-Cancellation Policy for AirBnB: Guests can cancel at least 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee (AirBnB will not refund this). If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
*Weddings and/or receptions are not permitted within this home or on premises. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and additional rentals fines.

Located within the beautiful Villas of Frangista gated community, "Sunseeker" is within walking distance away from the Gulf's emerald waters with a beautiful white sandy beach and a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and ever-so-popular beachside bars such as Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, and Surf Hut! If shopping is on your itinerary, our home is within 2 miles of the famous Silver Sands Outlet mall, high-end retail at Shops at Grand Boulevard (Lilly Pulitzer, Peter, Millar, Tommy Bahama, Lululemon, Anthropologie, Vineyard Vines, etc.), and Destin Commons.
"Sunseeker's" expansive property and its amenities will serve as your private sanctuary for your visit! Along with the home's property, you will have access to a private, deeded beach access point dedicated to our community as well as a community pool (if desired). No worries about losing keys during your stay, as this home is accessed via a coded keypad at its main entryway.

This home is well-appointed in coastal décor and boasts all the creature comforts for your loved ones, to include a private/heated saltwater pool, complimentary golf cart, and private beach access! If you are looking to provide memories with your family that will last forever, you have found the right place!
On the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances with two refrigerators, ice maker, beautiful stone counter tops, and an open floor plan extending into the dining and living area that is perfect for entertaining your group! The living area has a 60 inch flat screen TV with copious seating. You will also find two master bedrooms on the first floor complete with king beds, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms. Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional) with a large deep end swim out bench and tanning shelf with bubblers, a large sunbathing area, propane grill, and outdoor games to keep the kids happy so you can relax!
The second-floor features 4 king bedrooms with flat screen TVs and each with their own private bathrooms.
