Helt nya fantastiska South Mission Beach plats bara nÄgra steg till sanden och havet !!

Detta vackra strandhus stod fÀrdig hösten 2016 och har allt du kan önska dig för en minnesvÀrd strandresa.
Det Àr cirka fyra kvarter söder om Belmont park och en enkel promenad i motsatt riktning till bryggan. Bara ett perfekt lÀge för en
lugn semester och ocksÄ en kort resa till de mÄnga roliga aktiviteterna i och runt San Diego. Möjligheterna Àr oÀndliga!

Detta hus har ett komplett vardagsrum med stor platt-tv, gourmetkök med vackra kvartsbÀnkskivor och matbord.
Allt öppet konceptutrymme som leder till en rymlig uteplats med havsutsikt. Denna marknivÄ har Àven sovrummet med en stor platt-tv och spa-liknande master badrum.

Den andra vÄningen har ytterligare tvÄ sovrum. Det ena sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng med skjutbara glasdörrar till en vacker balkong med fantastisk havsutsikt. Det andra sovrummet har en utdragbar soffa i full storlek med en annan stor platt-tv. Detta rum kan ocksÄ vara
anvÀnds som ett vardagsrum eller tv-rum för barnen. Den har ocksÄ en glasdörr till balkongen med underbar havsutsikt.

Det finns ett vackert badrum i helplattor och en tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare pÄ andra vÄningen.

Handdukar och sÀngklÀder tillhandahÄlls. Ta med strandhanddukar, stolar och parasoller.

Quick Mission Beach Getaway

This location balances beach access and privacy while providing comfortable spaces and beach toys for the whole family. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, even offering to provide local recommendations. I’ve been renting summer vacays in Mission for years & this one is worth coming back to. Thanks.

Great property, wonderful location!

We had a lovely stay for my daughter’s graduation from SDSU. Just happened that this house was two blocks away from her house, which kept things very simple for the rest of us. Ginny is a great host. Her house is lovely and communication was very good. Would definitely recommend the property.

Clean and So Close to the Beach

The proximity to the beach and the location on the quieter end of Mission Beach was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were updated and clean. The outdoor patio could use some TLC, and the indoor furniture could use a refresh for comfort, especially the upstairs bed, but overall the house was great. We would love it if the patio had a high-top table or a couple of tall chairs so you could enjoy the ocean view without having to go to the upstairs balcony. Having a view from the patio while grilling and eating outside would be wonderful. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Family Spring Break

Stayed for a week for my son's spring break. Great property close to the beach! Parking was a challenge but knew it going in. Great communication with the owner throughout!

Couldn’t have been better! It was clean and beautiful. Walk to restaurants, etc. So close to the beach! Great communication with owner. Well stocked. Home away from home. We will be back.

Steps to beach and restaurants

Super great location , enjoyed the taco stand on the block and the variety of fun and restaurants at Belmont Park. Parking was tight for a Tesla Model X, and crawling thru the back was needed, but that was OK (we expected it)

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

Staying here was what my family And I needed. We stayed here for Labor Day weekend. The check-in process was easy. The house was very clean. The parking was tight which we were told ahead of time but our 2018 Honda Odyssey did fit. This cozy house was just steps from the beach. And being lobar day weekend this part of the beach was not as overly packed like it was down a bit further from the beach.It’s also just steps away from a food market, restaurants and shops. We will be back for sure. Thank you for making everything easy for us during our stay.

Great Stay

Loved this house. It gave us the space we needed and was very close to the beach. We have a Toyota highlander with a Thule on top. Parking was tight but not impossible. I slept on the sofa couch with my infant nearby and thought it was very comfortable. I do think it is important to note that the owner lives above the home. While some might find this to be a comfort, we found it to be intrusive and never quite felt like we weren’t being watched.

Extra charges

The home was not very clean upon entering even though a cleaning person was there when we arrived. I was charged an extra $100 for not washing some beach towels and was told that was sent to me in an email. I can provide the email that portion is cut off and I was unaware of that. I was also told there were spots on the couch which we would like to see because we had no accidents at all. The couch was not in the best shape when we arrived but considering the location we didn’t mind.

A Family Friend's Wedding Weekend

This Mission Beach gem was perfect for our family visit to San Diego. The house was centrally located, steps from a beautiful beach and the fenced-in yard was perfect for us to relax and let our 1 yr. old grandson run around. The house was well equipped and Ginny was very accommodating to our requests. The only issue was parking (the house has a designated spot for a small/midsize car but we had a minivan rental)- street parking is tricky.

Perfect location, best hosts

The property is just as described. Great views of the beach from upstairs bedrooms. Clean. Perfect location to get to the beach, yet off it enough to be relaxing away from crowds. Neighbors are wonderful. BBQ grill is added plus for home cooking. Can't wait to go hack

San Diego Beach House

We had a great stay at this beach house. The house was clean and well appointed. We loved eating dinner on the patio. Proximity to the beach is a big plus as well as the short drive to Seaworld. For information, we were able to fit our minivan in the parking space but we had to get out first before my husband parked and then he came out the back. Do not plan on street parking because there will be none.

Great location

We had a great stay here. Location is perfect, house is clean. The host was super accommodating as well! The third bedroom is a pullout couch so I wouldn’t recommend that for adults but we still enjoyed our stay and the cleanliness/prime location of the home!
