With six generously sized bedrooms plus a walk-through bedroom downstairs, there’s room for everyone to spread out and relax. Upstairs you’ll find four queen bedrooms, including the master with ensuite bathroom, while downstairs offers a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a walk-through room with two single beds—ideal for kids or extra guests.

The open-plan living area features a cozy fireplace, a heat pump, and underfloor heating throughout to keep things toasty year-round.

Lynmore is well sought after due to its close proximity to The Redwoods Forest and a number of Rotorua's favourite lakes. Rise to the forest from here as well as the Treewalk Experience and a number of cafes, a bistro and other shops.

Public transport, Ubers and taxis are all easily caught from Hilton Holiday.
